e-Grievances DoT Haryana

This Mobile application enable DoT/BSNL Pensioners and GPF Subscribers to submit their grievances with Department of Telecommunications of Government of India. Pensioners and GPF Subscribers can also track the status of their grievances submitted. The grievance will be automatically assigned to concerned section. Department will have to respond in defined timelines and shared the action taken details pertaining to the grievance.
