Only tells details of timing and required documents. Not helpfull as an app, which shall facilitate the people without visiting the required place.
This application is only designed to get the details of type of services with the required documents and relevant offices timings. And most importantly, I don't know that the relevant department will accept the information provided by this. There's no option to download the relevant form of required services. I've not experienced this application yet as it's designed only for Lahoris not for all the Punjab. Please correct me if I'm wrong... Thanks

Not helpful at all...What is the point of e-facility if one have to submit everything in hard form...scanned copies of documents and fees should be taken directly from the application otherwise there is zero advantage of this application
I doubt that this app is from PITB. I suggest everyone to report this app. I had booked an appointment for learning license through this app and visited the nearest Maraakaz center on said time but their staff told me that they have nothing to do with this e-khidmat app and they only accept appointments via Raasta app or via phone number. So, I wasted my a lot of time and effort. Such a disappointment from PITB. You should remove this app from here untill you fully functionalize it.
The application is not up to date, the required documents describe in this app is not all that which is required in real case ... In short it should be updated otherwise time and money of people will be waste.
The app is not working properly. The designers look like noob in the his field. The first page not visible clearly.
I have faced problem to register my account. Because i have +92317 series phone Number but this app have not +92317 series, so sir update this app and add new series +92317 Thankyou.
OTP didn't received neither through email nor through SMS. Very bad experience.

I have installed the app today. Unable to scroll down at Services tab and unble to click /open Motor Vehicle or Vehicle Transfer
In it's profile creation/registration page on the section of the mobile number it doesn't include (0317) therefore I am not able to enter my number and due to it I am not able to create my profile.
Application design only to get details but not for getting required certificate and documents at door step or online. Disappointed ☹️
Should've added facilities to get documents and certificates online and avoid visiting the center.
Cannot register my number. Add 0318 of zong in the registry list.
No complaint system available if one has grievances. No email of available.
app crashes even on new installation
I submitted my application and 350/- for character certificate on 17 December 2019, and staff of e khidmat centre told me that you can received your character certificate from DPO office after 3 days when I reach there after 3 working days they told me that we don't received your data now we start processing from 0 and you have to pay 350 rupees again, I'm highly disappointed from this service.
It's good initiative of punjab government....... But unfortunately it's doesn't work. And now i delete this.

Good but not full options
Bad experience. Their system is not connected with this application. Booked appointment 1 day ago and at the time of appointment nothing is showing in their reception ticketing system.
