Always at the end or beginning of month it asks me to update app. When there is NO update available. I cannot access my accounts and it is difficult to make payments...almost always get an error message. If I call customer service they tell me to try later. Happens every month and it is frustrating. Time to look for a new bank🤬
It asked me to update but it was updated. I updated it anyways so it stop suggesting it and now I can't make any electronic transfer, my electronic key was deleted and now I can't get it back, it says my pin is incorrect but I paid with it the day before yesterday and pinned so it it correct. Called but none seems to help. Right now I can't log In, it says : I already have a logged in session, but the last time I logged it was 3 hrs ago or more. So frustrating this app.
It's telling me that my version isn't supported and I need to upgrade. Thing is, there isn't a new version. Meanwhile I cannot meet my financial obligations because I cannot make transfers. Edit: the issue was finally resolved after a trip to the bank, an hour on the phone and a wait period of 24 hours. The app is great but it failed me and caused serious inconvenience for several days.
It cashes everytime my phone gets an update. I have to wait till the app its compatible again and they take ages to fix it. For an app that its supposed to make your bank account easier to manage, it sure makes the complete opposite
I can only inter about 2 or 3 times and thin it appears as if my password or username is entered wrong, and thin I have to wait a while untill a can make more movements... But other then that I like it's set up.
Upgrade this! Android 11 is already out, if I try to open the app crashes, uninstalled and installed same, now everything has to be donde again from the portal, please invest the right time to keep this application up
It was working fine until Android updated to version 11, please ask your developers to test in potential new environment and fix it ASAP. Thanks
Sometimes it doesn't work, I can't login, or it logs out automatically just after I login. The rest of the time it does the job.
I don't like that a banking app requests access to manage and/or make calls from my phone. That's a violation to my privacy

I can login just fine on the website, but the app keeps saying my password is wrong and blocks my account.
I'm using an android 4.4.4 based mobile, and since april 2019 (3 months ago) I haven't been able to even open the app, it closes after entering my password. Help me please.
Finger print authentication is not working most of the times..
It gets stuck all the time and it always has problems with your access

Worst app experience. No update available in playstore but app is asking to update.

Stopped working properly about a month ago.
It shows me another user's name. Which is terrible because it's supposed to show my name after supposedly having a private username. I'm out of Mexico. Now tell me how can I fix this?

Terrible functionality. Scotiabank regularly disables both its app and online system, frequently at the end of the month (when, say, you need to pay your credit card), and the system never comes back online when it is supposed. App is slow and buggy, does not allow automatic service payments with nearly as many providers as most Mexican banks.
