I have only been able to use this app to make a payment once. I keep getting an error message whenever I attempt to log in and have even gone through the trouble of un-installing and re-installing per the advice of a customer service agent. Seems like they just want to force us to pay by phone because I can't log in via my e-mailed bill either
Useless except to pay bill. I forgot to pay my bill for a month and a half. Didn't get a single app notification/phone call or email reminding me. Power suddenly shut off without warning or a courtesy call. Why do they have my address, phone number, email, and direct access to push notifications on my phone if they don't use any one of them to alert me before they cut my service off?
My Samsung S10 is now no longer compatible with this app. How can you have an app that hasn't had an update for almost 3 years? When it was originally made, it was already outdated and clunky. Typically city made app
This app is horrible. Extremely outdated and does not work, will not recognize routing number even when all information is correct. Please get a new app for paying utilities, we have the technology.
App no longer works. For the past two months, I have gotten an error message saying Unable to locate customer. Never had any issues prior to that for the last 12 years. Please fix this glitch.
Update on app made matters worse. If you can log in, which is iffy at best. You cannot pay your bill because it says payment portal not available. Hasn't been available ever since update. Worst app update ever!!! Completely useless now!!! 3 months later you still cannot use app to pay your bill!
The orignal payment was pretty easy. This is useless unless you want to know info on your account. " Unable to locate customer". Im right here wanting to pay for a service without having to run around or use stamps. In this day of online services the city of tallahassee got duped into paying to have a broken service at our fingertips. Please fix.
Ok what the #$&%*% did you do to my app. I loved this app. So easy to pay my bill. No standing in line, no mail a check, NO WANT TO SHOT A ROBOT please fix it. Or un fix what you did to it. It wasn't broke. I'm upset.
Please fix your mobile app. This is how I have paid you for almost two years now. Very easy and convenient for me when it was working. This is far too long for maintenance.
It never works and says not available at this time. I just want to pay my utility bill online using a protected method such as a credit card.
When it works its great, but unfortunately that's only 25% of the time...I guess they really don't want to make it easy to pay your bill 🤷♂️
This app is utterly useless now. I cannot pay my bill and have to call the line and hassle with the robot. I've called to pay this bill already and FOR SOME REASON THE MONEY WAS NEVER TAKEN.

Since the most recent update, I am finally able to process a payment through this app. I have tried for over 2 years. Finally!
Need to go to your email to verify account but it never sends you an email, so I have to call in payment everytime....

Went to create an account and it says account creation is not a option untill 5/19/20 @ 10am. Its 7pm now. Worthless. EDIT: ITS NOW 6/15/20 and it still says the EXACT same thing. COMPLETELY WORTHLESS.
Please fix your new payment portal so we can pay our bill. It keeps saying payment portal error or unavailable.
3 months have passed since I was allowed to pay online. Why are you making it increasingly more difficult for customers to pay their bills?

The app is no longer working on my S10 because it is an older version and is no longer supported on a new android. I Uninstalled app twice and restarted my phone several times and the app is still not working. The last time it worked was in May 2020. I have had my S10 for over 6 months and the app use to work but this month it is not working. There was an update to the Android OS a few weeks ago. Please update the app to be compatible with Android again. Thanks!
