Full of authentication issues. My experience with this app hasn't been great. I have Android, if that matters. The app seems to go stale and not display my information, even though it says I'm still logged in. Happens frequently. I then have to logout and and log back in. The fingerprint log in feature rarely works. App also says log in credentials are wrong, which they're not. Very annoying app. When it works it's helpful, but it has some major bugs. Please improve it.

This app has caused my account to be locked several times. I have unistalled the app and re-installed the app and it still won't let me log in. I can log in on my computer but not this app. This is very frustrating.

Android phone: Spent probably 20 minutes setting this up only to get an "invalid data" at the final "submit payment." Hit the back button in the app, and it sent me back to the very beginning to start over... nope...

Toll transactions delays by a day or two not showing your balance correctly so today you may have $30 and tomorrow it may show negative balance but not the toll transactions for the past couple of days leaving you thinking where did my money balance went to also very annoying when you use the slide bar to reload and it remains on one position after sliding to right. Might go back to using ezpass.

Why is it, everytime there's an update the app wipes out the password and username?! It's extremely frustrating, because when trying log back in, it claims it's not the user name or password, when it is! It's on my iphone as well. I'm tired of this game. This is not that critical for the information to be deleted after an update. Bank apps don't, why then this. I'm reaching a point of just using the website, at least the phone remembers the information. So what do I need the app for!

Not bad. I only use it for pay by plate. For everyone complaining about it not working and not typing letters, CHANGE YOUR KEYBOARD. I use Fleksy keyboard and it wouldn't type correctly in the app. Switching to the Samsung keyboard temporarily solved the problem. I wish the app would save previous payment info so I wouldn't have to type it in every time.

The people on the phone were fantastic, but the app stinks. "All" I was trying to do was to order a transponder, which supposedly you can do through the app. Selected "sign up". App crashed. Every time. Eventually ordered on the phone, and created an account, which I was able to access through computer. But if you thought I could access the account through the app, you would be wrong. It simply erases my password and then has the cheek to tell me I need to enter a valid password. Every time.

I enjoy the E-Pass toll app because I have the option of saving close to 50% off toll prices. It's a dramatic difference from paying by tag or even at the toll booth. You save time and money , and they even have a free option of just putting a sticker, unless you travel from state to state, they also have the transponder option that works in multiple States. Thank you E-Pass for helping the people save.

Can't edit plate in app. Have to go to website to do that (which works fine). Since I have 2 cars but only drive 1 at a time, I just take the transponder with me and change the plate info. Would be nice to do this in the app so I can add money and change plate in the same place. As it is it is easier to just add a link to the webpage on my homescreen instead of use this app. Hoping for a fix soon. I always forget and then have to sign in twice.

App Not Working on 1+ phone. I installed the app it will only take numbers and not alphas. I have a vanity plate so it will not allow me to put my plate in the box. I called customer support they told me it should work and it does not. I attempted to resolve by uninstall and then reinstall of the app and it still does not work.

Does what it says it will do. Wish list: --Ability to ADD vehicles, instead of just replace. We use our transponder in rental vehicles, in addition to our own vehicle. -- Make it compatible with tablets - we have a dedicated Samsung Tab A (2019 - running Android 10) for travel and navigation. It would be nice to be able to manage our E-pass account in the tablet as well. ETA: Per the response from the developer - No, there is no way to simply add another vehicle without ordering an additional transponder. I could edit the existing vehicle, or replace it. There is no way to add another vehicle to the transponder. I got this because it indicated that a single transponder could be moved from one vehicle to another, as when renting a car. Because I couldn't add the rental vehicle, I paid the toll twice - once with the transponder, and once via the rental company, because the license plate on the rental was not associated with the payment via transponder.

Can never sign into this app. I always go to the website to control my account. The website will always take my password and username. The app never does.

Lacking. It does not allow you to use a bank account for a payment method like the website does. I also cannot change the "Name on Card," which mean ONLY one person can make payments with and it has to be a CC. Because there is no option for paying with a bank account or changing the name on the credit card, only one person can add funds to the account. For me, the app is a waste of time and will be deleted until it's updated. The only value for me is to check the balance - basically useless.

Giving it a one star if you left loggedin for too long it acts like you dont have internet connection when you actually do and i had to reset data and put in my password all over again it almost like i uninstalled it and reinstalled.it again and i am not happy with this app. I thought u be better than SUNPASS but you're getting just as bad as them

The app reports my tag as being deactivated but the web page reports it working. I turn on the tag in the app but it does not stay on, again the website works fine. In practice the device does work properly. Update:. I was reached out to and the issue was resolved in the new version.

Looks clean and straight to the point. Simplistic.... Let's hope when I reload it's smooth as heck. Update will follow next week. I did notice on login user name the font sizes are too big for the area. Couldn't see top of the numbers I put in. Small fix can make it right.

I just hope this works. I'm not sure it does. Once signed up there seems to be no way to call, log into my account, or otherwise contact E-Pass. Logging on, either from the App or online just gets you in a never ending loupe of nothing happening. If it is not working I will get fines from 3 different states for non payment of highway tolls. And no way to contact e-pass....

I live in N.Y.and drove down to Florida and got this epass transponder and it works well where I live and when I drive down the Southern coast it is accepted everywhere...no problem

App works as intended but the past month I thought I had money in my account. I get an invoice from SunPass saying I owed money and in the EPass app it showed I had ($29.00). Until I called EPass yesterday to understand better what was happening, the phone rep told me that amount in parentheses means I have a NEGATIVE balance. Wow. I thought it meant those $29 were mine but it wasn't. Can that please be fixed? Just (-$) would be understandable. Thanks.

For no reason at all It doesn't let me sign into the App but lets me sign in online with no issues.I was charged 3 autorefills in one day but only credited for one. And calling cx service no one ever picks up. JUST USE TOLL BY PLATE!!

Unbelievably difficult (possibly impossible) navigation. After I gave my license number and plate number, the system states it needs a reference number in addition to above. But provided nowhere to put reference number and wouldn't let me go further. I give up.

There's no way to link previous toll invoices with an existing E-Pass account, forcing me to pay the full rate. You have to log out and create a whole new account. Lame!
