Time saving and simplified but Here is the problem why this app does crashed sometimes, Dear users make sure you turn off the developers mode in your cellphone and give full access permission to this app. My only suggestion for the developer is add progress saving feature.

I was kind of confused at first place because it was not sending the code. But later on,I was able to get it and it was easy and was able to finish My power of attorney " wikilina" within 2 days. Thank you for making life easy!!

I have never experienced such an annoying app my entire life. The scanning picture part is completely frustrating. I have followed all the instructions how to take the proper pic but didnt work after trying 25 times. I had to re-write everyime I close the app. It doesn't let you continue from where you stopped. I gave this app 1 star but wish if there was 0.

Very confusing and difficult to use. It's difficult to find verification codes you send. Where do you send them to????

Great app that saves cost and time to get POA. But the app needed some fixes. I used it for the first time today and it is a bit annoying. 1. The app does not save the POA I was working on after I log out and I logged in back. I had to do it all over again. 2. The app does not even save what I wrote on ''Add your own section" when the screen times out. 3. The app does not let you add two or more numbered paragraphs on one category E.g Bank 4.It would be great to be able to save previous submitted POA so that we cn edit and use to to give POA to other person. 5. It would be good to add an option to add an already scanned file copy of ID & GC Cards. 6. It would be great if you guys add the recent policy change about diaspora mortgage loan, manufacturing loan, vehicle loan.

The process was as easy as advertised. I submitted mine so quick and waiting their response. Once submitted, you loose all uploaded documents and also so not send you email confirmation and tracking. Please improve on those issues. They charged me $207 which is the fee for non-Ethiopians. I will come back to add post service review !! They are not responding for emails which is bad !

I have used this app twice and so far it is very helpful. I really apprciated the service being provided within the promised date. Being a relatively new app though, it still needs some improvements, to name few: option to save what you been building (I've to restart few times to complete each), able to go back and edit, able to add agent, able to add principal (I am trying my third POA through this app and I'm stuck how to add my wife, for POA that requires both our name in it). Great app

The app doesn't show how it is secure or any additional info the link with the embassy. When I tried to search around on the app after filling all the info and select leave this page, it lost all the stored info. Not friendly!!

App is useful and easy to use. Customer service is 0 at it's best. Got document authenticated and came bask with misspelled last name to be told to fill out the application again and pay $168 for second time. So frustrating & annoying to say the least.

It is an awesome move for our country and hopefully this experience give an insight for other government offices. it makes things easy in terms of time and money! Great job!

App is good. Below is my feedback. 1. Country code on phone number defaults to another country. I had usa phone number but the CC changed when I added 2nd principal. 2. It is not clear what docs to be provided for 2 principals. A. For a single principal, need to scan 2 docs i.e. passport, ID, driver's license B. For 2 principals, such us husband and wife, it is not clear what to do. Is it one document per principal? If the requirement is 2 per principal, then there should be 4 entries.

really appreciate the effort they put on to make the process easy. However, it doesnt allow document retrival and edit. i am stacked in the middle of the process for i couldnt video sign my letter of attorney. All it allows is do it again and pay in full again.

Junk, helpless. I don't know why they created this app never worked right. I downloaded this application to create account. after forgot my password, I couldn't reset my password. I sent them email to many times. Sadly they never responded Unfortunately. Is anyone know other way to have power off Anthony in Ethiopia. E_POA IS WEST MY TIME.

Amazing work.. i have saved my time,my work and of course my money.. i am really Happy to see such an amazing development and service from government organizations and its faster than u can imagine..👏👏 other sectors in back home need to learn

It is super swift, easy to use and they also have a phenomenal support team. My passport arrived earlier than promised. Keep up the good work.

The App is good , but I dont understand why we get charged for downloading and software fee once we finish the EPOA application. And very expensive like over a $100 . I dont think even the developer knows about it.

I and my friend were hustling through the document authentication process to send Power of Attorney letters to Addis Ababa but this app made us send our wikilina letters in just two days. We were impressed! Thank you Kebron for the assistance along the way, keep it up!

Good if this app can be used from a laptop as well. Equally I would have loved if the PoA could be prepared else where signed and then uploaded as most people do not know have and do not know to type in Amharic . Further it is not easy to type on a mobile phone

I live in Europe and i try poa to my father ethiopia.but i fill the form exactly and recive text massage that my app is forwarded .after two days i ricived another text says my application is rejected.why it happen , i try to fill again and again minimum 10 times. When my application rejected i need to know why .

I applied , paid and you sent me a confirmation that i have to wait for 24-48 hour, but still waiting for two weeks, no rejection, no response. If you don't serve me send my money back.

the application keep telling me to download the updated version but it's just one app. its annoying please fix this and I will give 5 *

I use it for the first time and it is fast and excellent service . I really appreciate for the fast service I have through this app.

the worst app ever, please guys do not waste your time trying to use this app. it just say wait, never sends code. I think the developer is very lazy.
