Not having most of the major new settlements outside Accra within your area of coverage sort of defeats the whole purpose of an app like this. Only decided to try it out because there appears to be a problem reloading with the actual ECG app...however, still going to uninstall this one here on account of it not being fit for purpose.

I'm totally disappointed I ever thought of choosing this app to provide me with convenience. After making payment and receiving sms that my meter has been credited accordingly, yet still there's no light. I tried calling customer service too, no response to over 7 attempts. This does not make you fit for even one star. I'm disappointed.

Had a terrible experience with these people. I bought prepaid using the App and didnt receive any alert. My light didnt come, my refund wasnt made. I called their lines several times and i was asked to trust them but they didnt their part. Is a scam. Be warned!!!

Great great app. I received a token within 5 minutes of purchasing electricity via the app. All I had to do was key in the token number and voila, my lights were back on. Good job. Please keep it up. Guys this is legit.

This app use to be good and then just like anything Ghanaian it just went down hill.....I just tried loading credits and I'm being told I've tried using the app too much???.... Why send a message saying you've upgraded your systems if it's worse than before

When I saw Legon, I thought Haatso will be part because it's part of North Legon and you didn't specify whether East, West or North Legon. I think you should be a bit specific. Thanks for your efforts though. It's a good step and hopefully, you'll expand to all areas in due course.

This app is very useless,you enter your location and the feedback is location not in our something something ,very useless app. Won't recommend for anyone

Really horrible app. No code sent and customer service not picking calls. Will not use them or recommend the service. Just a scam.

I don't like rating apps 1star... But when one can't sign up, sign in or possibly find a button for forgotten/reset password... Well 1 star.

I have just downloaded the app and made a payment, I have received the mobile alert that payment has gone through but no token alert received.

SCAM ALERT BEWARE!!! After topping up my meter with this app and for 24hours I still didn't have light, I called their customer care and till now they haven't refunded my money. SCAM ALERT!!!

I just download the app and started processing it but my feedback was Sorry, your location is not in our catchment areas. From Kumasi . Please why?

My lights went off and i tried this app. I bought 20 cedis and it was confirmed that they had received the money buh i did not get my lights.

Works perfectly 👌. After payment, it reflected in 10mints. That's so cool.

I just downloaded the app and made payment have not received sms to confirm successful payment and my prepaid balance is still the same

Bought my credit for my meter and still it hasn't reflected. Why is it so. Is it some kind of scam. I need my money refunded.

I tried creating an account and it keeps saying invalid verification code. Uninstalling....

Convenience at it's highest peak..All I had to do after ma light went off was to download de app..Go tru de normal process n received a token after paid using ma momo account..De light came came after I applied de token..Was extremely happy..

I have tried severally but Its not connecting. All I see is server cannot be found

I recharged my meter which never reflected. I received an sms saying my money will be refund. 11 months down the line, I am still expecting the refund

This is a very good app but you need to work on the location I can't buy from where I'm at

This app is not for emergencies. Still waiting for my code in the dark. Mtcheww. You need quality Assurance to check the software

Very good app I received my credit (light) immediately I call the customer service, I therefore recommend this app to everyone
