I just reinstalled this app and Im switching to other financial service provider. Rates are not that competitive and it takes forever to receive the money. Other companies are more convenient and easy to deal with, sends your money in just a few minutes. I used to recommend this app to my friends but not anymore. You just lost customers. Bye. Its asking to update the apps when youre about to remit. Causing delays, and the updates was not straight forward. It returns back asking to update. It seems, this is not working, and causing more troubles than solving issues...the old app was better

Very useful app and money transfer service. I am very easily transfer my money in my country with very few steps. And same day very shortly after sending my family collect money.

5 star when transferring to the bank but to ewallet and cash pick up, very slow, only 3 star for that, total 4 star.

So after the update, the only way to access your account is to reinstall the app. Fortunately it work perfectly and thanks to the developers for responding. I still have one issue and that is while typing in the value in the currency tab, the cursor keeps on shifting to the end, which is a bit annoying. Otherwise a well performing app.

after the update, the app cannot open. always say there is a update available but its already updated

Before the updates, the app works well and smooth. After the updates, The new OTP Request before proceeding to the actual FPX is kinda annoying. Not only it sent OTP TWICE for no reason, it also doesn't appear to be validating anything. OTP sometimes arrived a day after. Its totally redundant! The Hotline are total useless as it never connected to anyone at all!

Great app made my money transfer so convinient during this MCO.. even though it takes long to verify my acct beacause the photos i have uploaded is not clear. Since i can't reupload my documents/photos.. they will contact you personally with a call and then settle the verification through whatsapp and it goes well. Thanks!

It was very good and quick before. Now I am trying to send OTP but its not coming for transfer. This feature is a new addition and seems bad. I have to opt for other transfer app.

Very good app, ihv been searching good apps for international transfer. I found cheaper rate but take few days, some just can't do it.. some need to do approval at western offices.. but this one is the best. It's just the cost little bit higher but it can do the jobs done.

I like the app it and the customer service is superb. They are very knowledgable on what they do, functions efficiently and a great help. They also pick up the call faster than the usual customer service. I recommended this app to my friends.

At first this is convenience. I would give 5 stars rating. But nowadays, the app keep on auto logout half way when I am on my PFX page. It also took longer than 4 hours for the money to be transferred. I never able to transfer money using this app for a month now.

Good App! It is more convenient for me sending money to Myanmar. But there is no any portion to choose like any other countries, cush pickup only. It will be better if you update to two portions for Myanmar to choose (cush pickup or credit card) like any other countries.

Can someone help. It is just showing a blank popup and doesn't allow me to proceed.

App keeps bringing me to the "enter passcode" page when i want to remit via FPX, I use Standard Chartered, i can enter my username on the online banking page, but the app keeps resetting when i want to enter my password for my online banking. It's not like this before I'm guessing something to do with the new update.

It's convenient and fast processing..but sometimes it's has problems with bank FPX transfer.Overall it's a good app..keep it up, there's still a room for improvement..

Why take so long time for tranfer..i make tranfer from 7april now 11 april still not complete?? The money i send u use taxi for tranfer??

Every update is meaningless and we need to login again all over again every time we want to use it. Even eWallets are much easier to login and use. Developers have no concern about ease of use.

Useless update, not working at all with Samsung phone, when i go to Banking transaction page & ad login password id it exists the app & asking for relogin, earlier this issue was not there... I see in other comments, u r giving same advise & i already did cache clear & data & uninstall but still issue is same exiting the (e-remit) app. Need to fix from developer side & check & then update in playstore... Please fix this asap, i want to transfer money asap. Also very slow transfer rate tab.

It us really frustrating that after every update, you need to manually login in using password, even though finger print has bern set up. Not at all user friendly

Freequently need to upgrade and no option to postpone the upgrade. Sometimes after upgrade having issue to login and error message pop out. Frustration now as how am i going to send the money at this hour?? pls fix the issue asap.

I just updated the app yesterday. As usual, it keeps auto log-out from the app. But this time, i cannot login even i used (and never change) the same ID and password. What happened? Your apps's concept is already good and future-driven. But, Please correct this latest update.

This app not working properly. I already several times install and uninstall. Some time working but not everytime. I think lot of bugs in this app. Please improve the app. This worst app compare to before app .

How long do I have to wait for verify? more than 2 hours but no verify message received!

It was great using tis app... Payment went thru... But it has been a nightmare when I need to renew my password all the time... N everytime it does lock me out of the system and asked to contact the admin... N tats another headache. Pls rectify. Its not once....

Very Good service by Merchantrade. Using it for more than 2 years and helped me a lot during lockdown period. But should have option to send to mobile wallet to Nepal(esewa) and India(paytm) as well.

App crashes on selecting which savings account to be used. This issue happened before. i already tried clearing my browsers cache as per advised last time. 😑 please fix the issue.
