E-Sentral Reader

Most of the time good but always need to 'reset'.... forgot the word or reinstall. either cannot open novel or cannot flip through esentral at all. Quite annoying.

1) The user interface is laggy and not user friendly at all. It's not intuitive to use like other ebook apps. 2) PLEASE add the function to read on desktop, it is so hard to do my research using the mobile app. 3) There is no function to even search through the book, or jump to specific pages. This book is THICK and i had to manually scroll through the chapters just to find that one topic I'm looking for. PLEASE improve these aspects, and add option to read on desktop. Wasted my time, I couldn't find my academic textbook in the library and thought getting it in ebook form would be easier to read, turns out it's actually easier to just borrow another similar book from the library and search manually by hand like that. I will not be using this app ever again.

You really need to improve a lot .laggy,back button not functioning,search sensitivity is not that really good. Please take note

An ease to read, highlight features and dark mode elevates my reading experience. There's also lots of interesting collections from both local and international publishing. How did I just found out about this app recently???

Alhamdulillah the problem could be solved. I just hope that there in no such problem next time. Please add more books from Prof Al Attas and his students. It would be very helpful for me

1. Some of the tables/graphs/charts are out of view 2. One of the book i bought cannot be open.

Still need a lot of improvement especially choices of ebook and more smooth during downloading file.

Installing this app in Lenovo Tab M7. After the recent update, the app keep causing the screen to auto-rotate into landscape mode instead of running in potrait mode as usual. Didn't have this issue before the app update. I cannot find the way to reset this too. 😕

Nothing to dislike All you need is a library card. Free audio books and and free books fof 2 weeks. It comes with all kinds of great features like auto shut off, volume boost which has proved to be very helpful, speed, a tutorial on how to use it and a lot more. Download!!!

Please fix it, I buy a new ebook but it didnt appear on my library, then I uninstall and install back. glad that I got it, BUT I LOST my 2 ebooks. Edited: Already got it, thanks for the quick response.

I can't open it. They say I have to deactivate some device but I don't have any device to sing out The service is very good ✨

Same problem with others.. Can't register even through FB, can't sign in through email, I just bought my novel and happily want to read it on the dots but everything ruin the mood.. I already send you the mail.. Please read and try to fix the problem.. Tq

Not user freindly at all. Wasted. Please add zoom in out and find words features. Really hard to use this kind of ebook reader.

The admin of e-sentral is very efficient. She/ he willing to go personal and spent some times to solve the technical issues.

Bad service. Im just paid a book but when am tryin to download the status shown book is not found! Even Im tryin to uninstall and install the app again, the status still the same. Also try to deactivate my account then login but still facing the same issues. Ive send email to info.Esentral but only once they reply me, then nothing. Bad service! Not suggested at all.

I've paid for a book that is unreadable, the content is completely cut off. I've sent a ticket to customer support, who closed the ticket saying the issue has been fixed, but nothing has changed. Instead of replying on the Google store, I've already sent you all the information three time, so please do your job and work on your ticket issues.

Can't open the app after update 😔

New user here and OMG I FINALLY FOUND THE EXACT BOOK THAT I'VE ALWAYS WANTED!! THANK YOUUU!! Not sure why this gets a lot of negative reviews tho. I've downloaded the books after I paid and it works well? All the pages were there and so on. Plus they even give free books along with it too which is so cool! (though it was basically just some abc books but that's fine haha). I do hope I don't encountered any of the complication in the future. Keep up improvising the app! Thank you again! :D

So for users experiencing issues with the app not recognising your login credentials, I had to restart my device and this cleared the issue. Apart from this initial hiccup the app looks pretty decent and easy to use. Probably easier than the web version which I'm struggling with adjusting screen siz...

I cannot download my books or read my books.. There is always an error encripted message displayed in the book. This never happen before but after the latest update this thing happend.. I tried report in the esentral official page but no response till now. I tried reinstall the app it was okay for a day after that same thing occured again..Please fix this problem 😭😭😭

I can't read my ebooks. It keeps showing page loading error. I have tried to login and logout from my account but the problem still occurs. I also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled it again, still the same problem occurs. This problem happens after the lastest app update in google playstore. Please solve this problem for me. It's really a wonderful app for book reading. I have a suggestion that please enable lookup dictionary feature to directly take reader to the selected option of dictionary. It's not very expedient to every time select a lookup option. Please consider this

Honestly this is the best ebook app I've downloaded so far. The progress report really motivates me to finish my book faster. But as soon as I finished my 4th book, I was devastated as the report of it went "zero" very quickly after I finished it. I couldn't even screenshot it. It was too fast like in a blink of eye. I am really really really sad... The report really meant a lot to me... Is there any way for me to have the progress report back??? Please. Thank you so much.
