Android-based online queue booking application that can be used in the Sinjai District General Hospital in South Sulawesi
HOW TO GET SERVICE In principle, Sinjai District Hospital can receive all groups of people who need health services. As a government institution of course the Sinjai Regency Hospital has fulfilled the requirements and requirements set by the Government, for that the conditions below have been set for the people who need services in the Sinjai District Hospital.
As from May 2019 outpatient patient registration can already use online facilities, so patients arrive at the hospital do not have to queue long if the patient arrives on time according to the hours listed in the queue number obtained when registering online. Then the patient comes directly to collect the file as a requirement at the destination clinic counter, finally the patient goes to the destination clinic. Thus the flow of services in outpatient care.
Online queue service flow:
- Online registration can only be done a maximum of 7 days before the day of the visit
- Especially BPJS patients are required to bring BPJS Cards and Referral Letters. For new patients, you must bring your KTP
- For old patients are required to bring TREATMENT CONTROL CARDS / MEDICAL RECORD NUMBER
- After completing the registration form, you will get a booking number
- Please save / print / photograph / screeshoot the booking code to be taken to the registration section
- Visit hours are expected to arrive 20 minutes earlier than the specified hour so that the number does not expire
- After getting the booking / queuing number, please confirm your arrival at the Public Relations contact number the day before the visit day
- Queue taking limit per account maximum of 3 times on the same visit date
