First of all the email that provided here as not exists I have changed my internet router ,and my smarthone. So i don't have activation code, and you cant back up data by yours user. And its so bad app you need to try to connect several time in order to success to connect to the router. If there is option to give 0 start I'll do it
Very inconvenient GUI. Super awkward interface for time settings. Many bugs. After automatic change of daylight time 9n your phone, all timers automaticaly shift by one hour and you have to fix them all manually. It's amazing, that such good smart home devices come with such a horrible application!
One star too many. It's SO bad. Amazing that someone managed to create an app that FAILS in EVERY single aspect. I'm not going to waste my time describing it, because I'll have to write a document ten times longer than the product marketing + technical specifications + code, all put together. BAD. AVOID IF YOU CAN. I bought a device that works only with this c**p. Or so I was told. Am I wrong? Please tell me I am...
Bought 2 devices. App crashes all the time. Can't even set up one device without it crashing. Not reliable at all.
l never used such a bad App, never works propertialy and with a very poor support! Easy data like history of use never work.. make yourself a favor and stay away!
Waste of money. Looking for activation code and QR code gives download error every time. Trying to use for smart plug I bought

בכל פעם שמפעילים את האפליקציה לוקח נצח עד שנוצר חיבור. כל הזמן מופיעה הודעת network is not initialized. הגדרת מוצר חכם חדש מסובכת ומתאימה ברמת נוחות וממשק משתמש לתחילת שנות ה90 (אין אפשרות לחפש רשתות אלחוטיות בסביבה?! ניתן להוסיף רשת רק על ידי הזנת השם המלא והמדויק של הרשת (including case sensitive!) בלתי אפשרי להגדיר ווידג'ט קיצור דרך שיפעיל ויכבה את המכשיר החכם. קביעת טיימר לא אינטואיטיבית. קשה להבין כמה זמן המכשיר עתיד לפעול בין טיימר הפעלה לטיימר כיבוי. רק פעם בנניח 10 ניסיונות אפשר לראות...

Keeps falling
Can't add remote for curtain or shutter. Crashes every time when trying to add.
Kills the battery. Needs permissions for pretty much everything in the phone. Fix it!!

History function does not work - looks like they trying to save 50kb in cloud storage. Clock going crazy after each blackout. No updates whatever.
Worked great up to ~3 months ago, then the history function stopped working (shows an empty screen). Tech support were notified several times, but nothing changed!
I says to scan in the instruction manual barcode to get started, but it keeps on failing the download, so I can't do anything at all with this useless app!
History is not working
It's OK, the app doesn't really saves the timer schedule, and you need to add the timer every time, that's annoying.
Why does this app require so many permissions? Camera and microphone?! Really?!
Awful, just the worst experience. You pay a lot of money on one plug just to get home to see that the app is completely useless. It works only when it feels like it. The timer changes hours randomly. I set it to turn on at 8 and turn off at 20, it works for one or 2 days and then it just changes the hours for no reason. No matter how fast your internet connection is, you can't make an account because the app will say that you don't have internet connection. Bottom line is.. the app is not workin
