the app isn't very user friendly. it should have a night mode. its very slow. have to restart the device daily because it freezes.

update: I contacted the company with details about my issues. they denied the problems and blamed it on the user. the developers clearly have no intention of fixing the issues the app has. This app is so slow it makes me want to tear my hair out. This app needs a lot of serious overhaul to improve stability and speed. This app has performance and stability problems that were acceptable in the 90's. This app should be listed as beta testing.

Pretty good app, has its share of problems just like most apps. Tech support is great and they are quick to respond and help with your problems. One of the biggest problems is that if you are using an older version, and not the most current release, it will show your off duty time as on duty on the chart, even if the text version of your duty cycle says off duty. Another complaint is the speed at which the app changes from not driving to driving. 5 mph is too low of a trigger. 10 to 15 mph would be a better trigger point as the amount of time it takes to get the app to switch between on duty driving and on duty not driving does not make changing when stuck in traffic possible. In stop and go traffic on the interstate in a traffic jam situation, a possible solution would be to add a toggle button for traffic jams on the home screen. If you hit two good traffic jams on the interstate, you could easily eat up 2 to 3 hours of drive time while not moving even 10 miles through the traffic jam area.

This app will shut down sometimes sometimes when you click onto the app the screen will go black Connecting tablet to it is a pain if not impossible

Terrible ELD app. I have wasted so much time with this piece of junk. Horrible compatibility, bad user interface, and very unreliable. Customer service is just as bad. The guys answering their phones for tech support don't even know the features of their own app! Don't waste your time.

It provides useless information. No Canadian rules and is illegal to operate in Canada. Timers are slow. No settings for metric system. Not driver friendly. Made by someone that has never driven a truck and used logbooks

As with any app this one does have a few bugs sometimes but they are corrected in a timely fashion I don't agree with some of the things that the app does on its own and the last time I tried to use the split Sleeper Berth it did not work and yes I do know how to use the split Sleeper Berth

This is the worst app of its type. Slow,stupid, unresponsive. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!

I'm sorry this app has problems I will be on the phone with our sales person for this app and tec support could it be me possible but I read the other complaints and see the way the person that works for this app tells every one that complains that it is there fault no its not this should be simple we are truck drivers we are not as stupid as you might think

Horrible app. Doesn't recognize sleeper birth split put you on driving as soon as you move the truck, when try to remove yourself from personal conveyance it put you in on duty . Had to back into the door to load I was like 100 foot away it logged me as driving. Absolutely the worst led I've seen. With I could give it a -5 star.

Poor compatibility for newer phones.

Simple, easy to use app for ELD. Like the big buttons and like having the option for DVIR and IFTA as well. Tried many other ELD systems and settled on this one because it was straightforward and gave my users everything they needed, without the fluff.

Had issues with it. It was reading that truck was moving when in reality was standing still. It did it 5-6 times in 4 weeks also did ot while i was doin a 34hr reset and screwed everithing. Support was also poor. Had to wait for 4 weeks for them to tell me they don't know whats going on. I am using KeepTruckin now and its light years better.
