Every time I try to login fails asking me to login again. Several tries, reset password from my account in the website doesn't solve this issue. Reinstall app neither. Hopeless after had tried everything.

I am american and my account was freeze and deleted by the company after I successful linked my US Bank account and transfer hard earn money money to the Etrade account , they got my social security number , they made me send them my Driver license . Be aware you will be robbed by this company ! They are scammers. They don't care about costumers ! They just care about getting advantage on us ! I expend hours to reach their phone costumer service and I was treated like garbage !

Whare thr point of this app of tou cant log in?

Do not trust your money to this company , you will be robbed by them and no way to get it back , they are hidden behind their corporation with their layers . I repeat , you will be scam by E*TRADE Financial Corporation. Use Robinhood, Fidelity or , Webull to trade stocks.
