Only works about 30% of the time, and even then, you put in your meds into pending and it crashes in the middle, so you have to reenter everything. Worse of all this is an app people use for work, not fun so it NEEDS to work. So frustrating and disappointing. Maybe the iPhone one is better. Please fix these issues.
Not a fan. Had so much trouble last week I went ahead and did what our IT department's first advise is which is to delete the ap and reload. Wheels spinning with pending message ever since. I agree with so many other comments. When it works, it's great but unfortunately that's less than half the time.
The app opens in portrait mode only and does not rotate to landscape when using a tablet plus keyboard. The resource documents download and open automatically with Google Drive and bypasses the Default App setting we have set by a policy to use Adobe Reader app. We do not use Drive and it is also blocked by policy.
When it works it's great. But, I have to uninstall it at least once a day to get it to work. It slow as molasses at peak times, other times it doesn't even open You guys need to invest in additional servers and more tech.
dilbert designed this app!!! took someting simple and made it harder. instead of refilling on one screen, you have to go thru 3 screend for each drug. old one showed only possible refills, now all drugs are shown and have to go thru each one. instructions?? u want instructions!!! downloaded it and no instructions
Useless to homecare nurses who have tablets. And then I have to listent to an insipid two minute spiel on the phone telling me to use the app, it "virtually eliminates" the need to call Enclara, before I get to talk to an actual human. No, no it doesn't. The app is useless.
Does not work well, frequent issues, difficult to navigate, and tedious. It is extremely slow also
Constant freezing up and logs u out unexpectedly. Multiple error messages when attempting to order C2 medication. I'm using APP on work tablet
I think I really do not know. I just now downloaded the app and need to wait for.my boss to email me a username and a password, so I probably will.not be qble to assess this app.until I am given the corrext information.
Very slow. A lot of times it's not working. Frustrated.

Lags terribly, constant error messages, took 45 minutes to refill 4 meds.
Won't work quite common..have to un install and Install again each time it times me out

Lots of great features and very useful functions. Very intuitive and easy-to-use interface.
Excellent idea that allows you to take care of most of your medication needs in one stop without having to call...when it works. However, it frequently freezes, has multiple unrelated error messages causing you to start over, and generally frustrates the hell out of you. Fix the bugs and make it run smoothly, and it is a five star app.
