If you’re planning a trip, find local social events and weather alerts under Trip Planning.
You can also request free destination information through the Trip Planning menu, just select your destination, trip dates, and any points of interest you’d like information on.

It won't allow me to create my account. It rejects any email address or any password I use. I would expect better performance from something "new and improved." Makes me question if I should even be a member of EA+.
Fails, user interface is not on the expected scale. Cannot make any reasonable updates. At present I would if possible I give it a negative rating.
I haven't been able to open the app for months! Have reinstalled several time & sent feedback but have heard nothing back.
I just installed the app, added my information and it is perfect. Simple to use. 10 stars in my book. I think the bad reviews from 2019 should be edited or removed!
App says my info does not match EA+ info. EA+ folks have no way to know what's going on other than the "system might be down" line. From the other reviews I don't have much confidence this will ever work.

I make a new account and soon as I make it I go to sign in and it keeps saying invalid eamle/password this app needs fixing

very hard to use.
Unable to open the app after the latest update. Cleared cache, rebooted phone, no help. I just get a box that says Close app or Send feedback. App is useless at this time.
It might be good but doesnt actually work on Samsung Galaxy 7. Doesn't retain pin once registered making the app and the EA Plus service itself useless. Poor design.
The app works great. Real time crime info for my destination is pretty cool
Only thing that works is my EA+ account information. NO ICE, About, privacy, or terms info displayed.
Installed several times. Worked with customer service many times. It rejects my long standing active email. This is a worthless app and a waste of hours trying to resolve. EA+ needs to drop it.
It didn't recognize the information on my EA+ Membership Card. What's the point?
Just installed the app and immediately removed it. Russia invaded the Ukraine 5 days ago and when I checked for information about going to Kyiv, Ukraine all that shows up is weather info!! No mention of staying out because of the Russian invasion. Did the same with other destinations that have serious issues going on and got the same responses...weather info only.
