EAA AirVenture 2016

This app is completely unacceptable for an event of this size and attendance, esp. with two years to prepare. The app crashes frequently and does not show all listings. Previously, it didn't sort by scheduled time. The latest update fixed that but now most of the events are missing. I have missed multiple events that I wanted to attend by relying on this app.

A necessity for anyone attending #OSH19. Easy to use and works mostly as expected, but an irritating characteristic is that when you drill down to read the details of any session/workshop/activity/event, there's no way to return just one level up back to exactly where you were, only back to the top level, making it more time consuming than necessary to choose favorites to construct a personal schedule. To view it, tap bars at upper right, then choose "My Favorites" (star).

The schedule is incomplete. When you tap on it and select "movies" is doesn't show anything for the week yet the fl schedule does. And the full schedule doesn't even have everything on it. O seriously hope they fix this over the next day or so. Also, would have been nice if they had the actual ground map and not just a satellite view.

Looks like it's back to paper maps this year. This app is completely useless. Map doesn't work, schedule doesn't work, can't search exhibits, itinerary doesn't work. Doesn't look like they got a single feature to work correctly. Try again next year

Database for schedule doesn't fully load. Uninstalled reinstalled. No help. Favorites don't save. Search engine can't find Stewart if u type stewarts plural. Map image is a Google satellite image from winter and doesn't have road map view Pretty much worthless app. Disappointed in the vendor who put this together. 😕

Totally worthless. "UPDATE" on Sunday July 25 rendered it inoperable. So did an Uninstall reinstall. Nothing changed. This event is only one week a year. Please work on the app for more than 3 days prior. The only app that worked well was 2017.

Pretty much useless this year other than the maps. Schedule needs to be in time order. App keeps crashing and losing all my favorites I'd selected. Finally gave up and went to the daily published schedule and circled the ones I want to attend.

Very poor implementation. I found it very hard to find forums and workshops I wanted to attend. Several things to fix: The paper schedule is far superior to look through what is available via a simple chronological list. Showing only a booth number for a vendor is not helpful - it should indicate the build also. The list of forums and workshops is incredible incomplete. Searching a simple term "welding" should bring up EVERYTHING related to it (vendors, exhibitors, workshops, etc).

It would be very useful if it was reliable but it's not. My itinerary disappeared and trying to rebuild it was not successful because most of the activities did not show up as they have in past. Needs work!

Click a form on my itinerary says something went wrong check back later. Map does not work all I see is Africa and South America. The schedule does not say where the forms will be held at this point I'm going to go old-school with a paper temporary and a paper map. You would have been better to stick with the 2019 app I would give this no stars if I could

Crashes every time I modify or access favorites. There should be a way to sort by time in the daily list, search results, and in the favorites list. App opening time is excessively long every time.

Worked on sunday, completely broken on Monday, and Tuesday. Really annoying also that the event is hard to navigate without the app seems like all maps and other things are useless without it

The only thing i was rather surpised at was the lack of vendors, it seems like year after year less vendors are showing up. hardly any aviation schools as well. other than that its great as always.

Its crazy that after years ...at least 2015... that this app still is constantly crashing, not allowing logons at times and not updating info at others. iOS version is better but not perfect

Unfortunately doesn't work on Android. Itinerary does not come up. Searches fail. Can't search for exhibitors. You are better off going to the website on mobile.

Airventure highlights are the only thing I see. Can't view any other events under schedule. Tried deleting cache/data, and reinstalling. Without schedule events I can't plan anything.

A great event but the app needs improvement. Originally not in chronological order and now there are no forums showing at all. Also, registering does not allow letters for a Postal Code.

Great app. Had a multiple bugs until mid-week. Thanks for fixing them. Hope it doesn't take until halfway through airventure next time for you to do that.

To avoid further embarrassment and disappointment from attendees, you should delete this app from the app store immediately and demand a refund of all funds spent on whomever you used to develop this disasterous example of an application. Some people can't build airplanes and some organizations can't build apps and we all need to be ok with that.

7/26 No data displays except map. No events, forums, nothing. 7/29 Update: a little data showed up today, some of the big events like the Wed to Thurs rescheduled airshow. However still no forums, none of the workshops I would be interested in. This app was totally useless for 2021.

Not good. Slow to load. Doesn't show your membership card. If I clicked on a link in DuckDuckGo browser it kept trying to open the links in this app until I uninstalled it.

Why did I update this? The previous version for 2021 AirVenture was working great. I updated just before arriving here and now it's just "Something went wrong. Please try again later". Uninstalled and reinstalled... same thing. Not cool!

Absolutely the worst app even when it is working. And it still crashes all the time. Much better to just use their non mobile website.
