Eagle ACCESS by Soaring Eagle

App is ok if you want to check points and maybe check some promotions. Other than that not much you can do. Can't book a room through app as it directs you to website. Offers never seem to update properly. You have to call anyways to see offers. For a casino that deals with millions of dollars they could do more with the app

I was excited for a casino app initially. It wasn't great at first, but I almost think it's gotten worse. The app crashes quite often, and is still displaying an old layout of the building. I really think Soaring Eagle is capable of a better app, or just get rid of it and let people access the content on a web browser. I really hope they can provide some software upgrades soon 🤞🏻

The app always has a problem loading data, etc. It is always slow to update and seems to have an infinite spinning circle when it does try to reload. I have sucessfully used the app in the past and it was decent, but it has never had the same capabilities and features as say motor city or mgm grand. I find it frustrating. I have installed the app on 3 different phones and I have the same problem consistently so I know its a development problem vs. the phone. When working, I give 3 stars at best

Horrible app every time I use it takes a long time to load. sometimes 20 min just for it to log in then another 10 to 15 to be able to see the dashboard. Clicking on promo banners and never loads the right one. Ive had this app for over a year with no updates while I have other apps that update weekly sometimes I'm no developer but these app developers are horrible! I will no longer take up space on my phone with this app.

Expect constant crashes with this app. Definitely needs an update. Hard to navigate. Shouldn't be so much work just to see my rewards... I'm all for going green and paperless, but I miss the mailer because I didnt have to wait to read that.

It is pretty useless. It doesn't give any usable information. I want to see the actual rewards I have earned, not just points. It used to tell me the value of my points converted and how many dining credits. Please make this app useful again!

It doesnt work!? Have loaded it and uninstalled and reinstalled three times now, I have T-Mobile and a Samsung Galaxy, does anyone else have a problem getting it to work? I had a friend of mine open theirs on their phone and they have Verizon and a different phone and they had no problem. I'm wondering if it has to do with phone plans or type of phone?

The app is horribly slow and doesn't load correctly. When it was working, the slots map/locator was not up to date showing a layout from almost 2 years ago.

The app constantly crashes; very inconvenient. Cant even login. I tried removing and reinstalling the app numerous times but it still does not work. Garbage app!

Absolute terrible experience this morning. Kiosk and machines would not read my cards. Couldn't collect my premiums, did not wish to continue further after being told that NO ONE would be able to help with the cards until 8am!! Absolutely ridiculous! 3rd shifters should have the same treatment as the others. I cannot believe I was asked to wait 5 hours before I could get help. Decided to contact the casino through the Eagle Access app.... Low and behold can't send a message.

No updates or improvements. Not much to encourage a person to use it for anything. 6/18/20 App was updated in the past few days and it looks pretty good so far. Nice new look and way faster. Good job!!

App makes it easy to access what's up in the casino, my rewards, points, etc and latest updates. Looking forward to the opening.

Was directed to install this app to better instruct us on the rules for the re-opening of the casino after Covid 19. Never could get this app to even open. Tried on and off for an entire day. Very disappointing. Hope the opening tomorrow goes better than this.

The data (specifically, the jackpot data for bingo) does not agree with the jackpot data on the basic soaring eagle website. I don't know which is correct. There is no way to contact the casino through the app, to ask.

This App is terrible I'm going to delete it. It is not functional. Gave it permissions that I'd rather not and it still doesn't work. I think they have the cart ahead of the horse.

I see that other people have tried to get the app on their phone with no luck. I have loaded the app a couple of times and it tells me that it will be loaded on my phone in a few minutes but never is. Don't get any stars. Won't let me give it no stars.

this app is never updated. everytime I go and play the slots they are not where the app says. when they change the playing floor around they should update app. but they dont.

Terrible. Has many connectivity issues, i.e error occurs when logging in. Doesn't stay logged in when you are able to log in.

ive redownloaded 4 times and the app wont show. its just a blank screen and keeps saying cant load data. done trying. dont ever win anything at this casino anyways.

Worst app ever. You can't even log in, the screen is blank other than the header. Where is tech support? Fix your app!

This is such a poorly run app. Information doesn't update properly, it loses track of your achievements.

Wont link my card to account say wrong credentials wrong email user not found in system so much for coin credit while in casino what a crock of bs. Wont be back not worth the 2 hour drive.

Love this app I'm able to see promotions and tier points right on my phone through my players card account. Never had any issues with the app.

Had problems with it draining my data from the moment I installed it. Hoping this isn't a bad choice.

Can't ever sign in. Says my info doesn't exist. I call casino and they say its down right now... try later.. which is all the time. Useless garbage. Unistalled. I give up!

Played quite a few different slot machines money went up and down n so one had a blast. I love Soaring Eagle Casino. It's so much fun

Terrible app. It rarely works. Why why why? Seems like with all the technology someone from Soaring Eagle would care to do something about it.
