Really easy to use. Lot's of options & contact number if you have questions. They also make you change passwords annually for security.
This app constantly crashes on my phone. I like the overall design, just not the glitch. I also don't like it signs out every 5 minutes even when you are working on it.
App needs a lot of improvements. Especially with the mobile deposit. Latest version will not load.
I love the on line banking, its very convenient but Im not a computer person. Sorry!!!

Can't even create an account, lol. I have to call the bank to get banking information and thats just dumb.
It opens up. Scrolls. Once login screen comes up it closes.

Sign in is blank most of the time. Restart phone- doesn't help. Look for updates- none available. Finally I click around with "About" or "Contact Us" buttons and the sign in then appears. You should not have to click a transaction to remain active without auto sign off. If I'm scrolling, I'm active! This is the only app that will cause a popup on my phone saying it has crashed when not even in use. This is my least favorite app I've ever used of any kind. Tempted to switch banks because of it.
