Some phone compatible , nice app easy to use ..
Used to work great. Loved the app until the latest update. Now that App is completely unusable. Takes up to 5 minutes to load a camera and then shows a still image for minutes before failing. This is happening on both of my devices with the latest app. Don't waste your time downloading this one. There has been no fix for it yet and my camera system is worthless unless I am in front of my computer and can directly log in to the NVR.
After the new update I'm unable to see the MT list on the playback menu. It just says ip not accessible, but when you select a specific time you are able to see the video playback. So now I cannot see my movement video during the day to see what's going on.
App works great, the only problem I have is that I would like to use an old tablet to permanently display a camera, however it's limited to time, as the screen will sleep, and have found no option to disable the sleep feature within the app. I would have rated it higher if this was possible
After the last update, the App does not open any more. Used to work great before the update. I have sent an email but I have no response. Please restore the previous version, or fix the last update, my CCTV systems are not accessible.
Event playback is not working after last update with error: "The IP address is not accessible". Of course there is no problem with the networking or the configuration, as all other features are working properly (even timestamp playback). Please fix.
Dear Sir, My conection to network is not working. I reset the Eagleeyes to default and it went to reset the recorder to default. I cannot find complete instruction how to set i back to working. But the problem is also i sent emails to your support but have not receive any reply. It is more than two weeks. I hope your support can be more responsive as this is your proprietary equipment.
No longer able to access cameras via app even though web interface still works. Works on another device with identical settings. Reinstalled/etc to no avail. edit: updated and now working again.
Used to be working fine, but now I can't access the cctv. It says can't access IP address. Tried to uninstall and reinstall twice but still same result. I am using android 9. Also very lagging when playback. Please fix it soon.

video push notification does not work. I dont receive any videos or notification despite the dvr buzzing. I have configured the dvr to send notification but it does not work. I only receive notifications that the dvr is offline or online. I could have given a 5 star rating if all works as mentioned.
Last time when playback view was full screen for the version (1.4.2) but today version (1.8.4) when playback view are half screen with zebra line. Kindly update and fix it for the version.
Good app, nice and clean interface. However, it can't be minimized as it always closes and start over. Please fix it
Have been using this app for over 2 years with no problem. Since we changed internet service provider I cannot use it
I've a few family members who still use The eagle eye app but since a about 4 month ago the app stopped working, reinstalled app reconfigured setting still no joy,I've had to replaced their units with Swann ,dvr much better..
I bought a new moblie Huawei Pro P40+...and I can't install this Apps....would appreciate if this Apps be upgraded to make it compatible with my phone as soon as possible. I am disappointed that i can't view with my new phone. Thank you. Mdm Ling
AVTech is not maintain this service. And it is not working for all the systems I have installed. Therefore if you are looking for ddns service availability please do not use AVTech products go for any other manufacturer whom are maintaining their services. Please use any other service provider and manufacturer whom are maintaining their services. The hardware is ok but services they should have provided are not fulfilled at all.
I have suddenly lost connection to my cctv. i updated to the latest version but it is still remain the same. I try manually adding new connection but end up same. unable to get type. now totally lost connection. pls advise what can i do?....
app is useless. can't do playback anymore. and live view doesn't work most of the time.
after the latest updated V1.83 I cannot search for motion detect anymore but the other phone does, it say ip addresss is not accessiible i used Huawei Mate9 Pro any suggestion ? roll back to1.8.2 fixed the issued.
Not flipping no matter how many times you try and flip it, it reverts to its upside down view. Smh.
New update, I can't log in using App(IP address not accessible), I can access DVR with browser on the phone. Fix this.

The notification on Android phone is delayed. But it works better with iPhone 5. Seems the app is not maintained to support new Android phones.
Upgraded to a new NVR, and now this app fails to log in. I can log in on any other app. I just haven't found one that works like this one USED to.
If you see "blank" just uninstall and reinstall. WiFi needs to be on for it to work (in my case). I dunno why. Interface is a li clunky and user unfriendly.
Please fix the app. Now all my cameras are loss. If no upgrade is a available, think the company might as well close if they are not serious
had this fixed a few years back. Had paid RM6k++. Only lasted a year due to recorder issue. As agent no spare part available. There goes my money down the drain
Why on Earth has this been updated again? I can no longer playback in HQ which means the images are appalling. 🙄🙄
