This Eagleeyes app is working fine. Only problem is the lagging in streaming on my Samsung Galaxy Z fold-3. It's been streaming at 2 to 3 seconds/ frame. It's working well on my other Samsung Galaxy Note-8 with streaming of one second/frame. Pls advice how I need to change the settings

Latest versions 1.8.3 has a bug. When trying to use playback it says can't reach IP but it connects just fine on wifi or mobile network. V 1.8.2 works just fine. Please fix this

Not been able to connect to my Avtech dvr for at least twelve months. Everything is setup correctly and used to work. Very disapointed.

Installed Lite version but was extremely lagging so paid to upgrade to Plus version. Sadly the result are the same, equally lagging. Singapore, Sungei Kadut Area.

clunky at best. if you hit a menu icon you can't figure out how to get the menu removed.

When it works it works well. However it seems the developers release updates without fully testing and can cause the app to stop working

I paid for the premium version after it was recommended it wouldn't even let me set up an account as all the cameras i tried it says not supported however they ARE hd cameras

Found a site that offers downloads of older versions on the app and re installed 1.6.0 which is the last version that worked before they screwed it up. Install it with Package Installer then set it not to update you can at least view you cameras. You are stopping 1000's people checking there cameras Why can,t you roll back to a previous version that did work. It was not perfect but at least we could all check our cameras Installed the suggested replacement app ATLASINSITE but it has exactly the same it's just a copy provided by another company problems as Eagle Eyes I am having to ask friends with Apple phones to load Eagle Eyes so I can check my CCTC I have repeatedly emailed you for the special version but you do not send it. Put it on Play Store for us all to download
