Says to download the latest version when trying to open the version I literally just installed today. Then it comes back to the Google Apps page and there is not newer version.
Good app, solid performance, stable, reliable was to engage and book appointments, easy to navigate. Thanks!
The app is broken, it keeps resetting when I try and make an appointment, telling me that it has timed out.
Password selection is too strict to the point of being insecure and unmemorable. Email advising us to use this app shouldn't have been sent as organisation code not setup.
every time i try to book an appointment i get logged out, which makes it impossible to use
Downloaded and updated but doesn't work
States my email address is not valid. Won't accept my work or home email. Useless.
Password drama with not only letters and numbers but needs symbols too

Helps a lot to those miles away from there love ones. Specially during this Pandemic. Mates were happy to know. Even we're miles away from our love ones. This programme thought me that, a boss from my company,a mates on the work site. Was also an extension of my Family. 😉😉😉😇😇

Great tool to connect to my EAP
app is terrible. 1) Feedback tool does not work. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app. 2) "e-flyers" are clearly designed to be read on a desktop/laptop screen, and are not set up for a mobile device. Yet e-flyer tool has no option to share/send the e-flyers to another device, and no ability to download them. This is worthless! Feels like there was limited/no user testing. An app for helping people potentially struggling w/mental health should take usability seriously! Not impressed EAP!
