When I used the application, the application kept prompting me to upate to the latest version and I was brought to the Play Store but no update was found. So, I keep going into a vicious loop and cannot use the application at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled the application to have the same issue happening. And now I have difficulty to book my appointment online. What is wrong?

Thank you very much for letting me have the time to figure out how the app works and not like verification codes, which have such a brief time limit!! Therefore putting added pressure on me as I am already a senior, who is already a techie dinosaur. Your app is simple and intuitive enough, once I get the hang of it. Keep up the good work!

This app is utter trash. Booked my appointment for NRIC collection via iCollect and got a screenshot for acknowledgement. When I arrived as per my arranged timeslot, I was advised that my appointment was not in the system at all. I was then treated as a walk-in collection and had to wait nearly two hours. Rating one star only because there isnt an option for 0.

i have installed & reinstalled twice & finally got to make an appt via this app. When i tried to login the app to double check my appt date, it keeps on saying error message, system unavailable. i leave it as it is as i assumed its linked to my calender already. My appt was booked on 21st and even added to my calender as 21st but when i went down to ica, they told me i missed the appt as its booked on 20th instead. I have to rebook my appt! system unavailable again when i try to rebook! Sigh

Can work but after I wish to uninstall, I only got a ICA screen and blocks the stuff behind it. So I CANNOT uninstall at all for the latest version. Since only need to use once in 5 years, mayb a website to do this is better than an app, or part of another app would b good.

It was frustrating to use the app. The app gives a file reference number error, which I had double checked was correct. File reference number was also long and troublesome to type. The app crashed after the error messages.

I faced the same problem as Paul Hoh review below. I have already made an appointment. Now when I want to check on my appointment, the app keep prompting me to update the app and redirect me to App Store. When in App Store, there is no update available. Then, I clicked open the app and the app prompt to update again. I tried clicking Cancel, but the app will close itself if I do not update. This is an infinite cycle. Developer need to fix this asap.

The App is not working. When I open the App it ask to update. When I click update it goes to Uninstall/Open page where no update is shown. This goes in circle and cannot get the App to work.

A one time use apps? only works the first time i installed! In fact really convinent and good. dont have to fill forms or make any calls anymore love it. Today there is a new version avaliable but! no update button to select, only "uninstall" or "open" Please help fixed this officers, if "parking sg" is a sucess so can this.

One star because it keep prompting to update. Can't even open to use it. Developer because check on this please. No point in keeping this if u can't use it at all.

Keep prompting latest update available and brought me back to Google Play. Another hopeless app. After giving feedback to ICA, still nothing is done to rectify the issue. Really unbelievable!!

can't even use. once open the apps, will prompt out got latest update. only can choose exit or update. choose exit and will.exit everything. choose update, will.lead you to play store where no update is available.

kept prompting to update app but loops and loops forever. I can't even do anything on this useless app. pls fix it or stop asking us to.download this app when it's not even working. wasting my time

Can't update. It seems to be have bug and it hasn't resolve since my last try 03 July and now it's 07 July. I'm surprised by the gov app took that long to resolve an issue. What's the IT dept doing?

I have issue accessing the application. I just downloaded from Play store and it tells me there is a new update. and it keeps looping!!!

installed it...but when I want to open app...keep on prompting me to update. Problem is...there is no button to update...so I coudn't do anything else but exit application. got so frustrated that I uninstalled it!

i just downloaded. when i open the apps stated there is an update for the new version. when i open play store it doesn't appear to be updated. please fix this and i will rate 5 star. thanks a mill!!

Completely utter rubbish, app doesn't work at all and buttons are not even functioning. ICA indeed.

What is the use of this app if it keeps telling you System is not available, please try again! How long do you need to ' We are looking into this'? Whoever is the vendor should be taken to task! Tried to book appointment twice at 1 week apart, and still not resolve!

I can't seem to check my appointment time, and I somewhat don't remember what time I booked. If no such services available then why do you even put it on the app when the site don't seem to have check appointment time.

Button missing! Which should read "This app doesn't work. There is no update. Uninstall and let's not waste any more time!"

you ask me to update or exit. when i press update, there is no update. my app is already the latest version. so i cannot use app at all. lousy app.

Useless app. Uninstall and reinstall also cannot. Always ask to update. Please fix it.

I installed the app but not able to use it. it keeps on flashing that need to update to latest update but there is no latest update available in google store. pls help check and respond.

Its says new version available -update. When you choose update brings to open, choose open says new version available click update and this keeps cycling.

App doesn't open stating there's a New Version available und forces you to Play Store... but no update available there. Cannot use the app now..

Keeps rebooting. says to do update. when hit the update button, it goes back to first screen. Argh!!
