Ear Assist turns up the volume on real life to help hear things that may be difficult to hear. For people who have trouble hearing, Ear Assist may help. With some makes of bluetooth headset, you can place the phone farther away from you and listen as if you were sitting up close (tested with the Motorola HT820 Headset).
Ear Assist amplifies sound coming through your phone microphone straight to your earphones. To fine-tune the incoming signal, use the graphic audio equalizer. Just point your phone's microphone towards what you want to listen to.

One of the few that work on Android. The delay is irritating so if you talk it's confusing

Its so real
There is a delay in actual sound and when you hear it, no bluetooth support, sound enhancement is not more then what you actually hear without it so don't waste your phone memory on this.
Tried this app today however even at max volume the sound is way too low and there is a noticeable sound delay.
If able try an boost incoming sound to mic and better volume other than that it work good with my android

Fairly decent alternative to Earprint app. A few major problems with this app though. There is a sound delay so it can be confusing. It also won't stay running in the background which is not helpful. The screen also comes up only in portrait so for those of us using a device that only has a landscape design it's very confusing.
It makes conversation bearable.

This app is a brilliant idea and works well but there is a noticeable delay in audio being heard in the earphones
Galaxy S6 The sound delay was too long. I tried it with the TV and I thought I was watching a cheap dubbed Asain film. Also when I talk I heard myself then I heard myself through the earbuds. Sorry it didn't work for me.
