Ear Spy: Super Hearing

Ear Spy attempts to improve your hearing with the power of Android. Depending on how good your phone is, it can become a high-powered listening device (like a hearing aid or a super Spy App). It is the Ultimate Eavesdropping Tool -
- the latest in personal espionage.
Click on the center button, and you can hear the world around you. Use it to observe your surroundings and monitor what is going on.

Whether you want to eavesdrop on conversations or just hear the TV better, Ear Spy aims to give you super hearing and improve what you hear. There's more going on around you than you might realize. It's time to hear it.

HEADPHONES REQUIRED. Failure to use headphones will result in awful audio feedback. You have been warned!

NOTE ON REVIEWS: Please review the app if you try it. But I know you hate leaving reviews . . . because I hate leaving reviews. So, if you can think of nothing to say . . .just leave a review saying "Rad" if you love it or "Bogus" if you hate it. Or, just say "Eh" if you have no opinion. However, I love full and honest reviews as they really help us . . . but anything is good. Five stars would be awesome. Now, back to what the app does . . . .

Ear Spy is a "Super Spy" application which gives you super-hearing and the ability to eavesdrop on those around you. With some bluetooth headsets, you can eavesdrop from the next room (tested with the Motorola HT820 Headset).

Ear Spy amplifies sound coming through your phone microphone straight to your earphones. To fine-tune the incoming signal, use the graphic audio equalizer to tactically tune in to your surrounding environment.

Perfect for the inquisitive spy within you who wants to snoop or overhear things. But also perfect for those who are hard of hearing or suffer hearing loss (many people use it as a hearing aid). It’s not just used to listen in on what others are saying.

Upgrade to the pro version for some great added benefits: --An extended Graphic Equalizer (more than 5 bands if your phone permits it) --Echo Cancellation (AEC) --Noise Suppression (NS) --Virtualizer (Android 4.1 and above) --Automatic Gain Control (AGC) --Bass-Boost (Bass) --MP3 Recording --Home Screen Widget --Ad-Free Spying!

Out of all the applications I've used for a ear enhancement / hearing aid supplement it is by far the best and most extensive application I found out so far of the dozens of applications I've tried. It's got a user-friendly interface that you can use to single out specific noises easier and exclude background noise without having a degree in some form of software

It works ok but wasn't impressed with the volume boost effect it had, it allows you to hear everything around you , but it sounds like your under water. And honestly i could hear better without using it . But overall it does work

Cool idea but flawed, the free version at least, it seems that it does work in the background or when the device is locked but it cuts out after around 30 seconds to 1 minute, i havent timed it. id probably pull the trigger and buy the full version if it stayed on until you stop it.

Instructions on how to use the app are lacking. I couldn't figure out how the make it work. I pressed the center button like it said but the only things that were amplified were the sounds of my own breathing and the occasional car passing by.

Still trying to figure out the equalizer to actually hear speech. The widget looks massive and ridiculous; it should only be a 1x1 icon of the circle and play button, without the app image behind it. Update: can still hear better without the app.

I so seldom get a good app on the first try but this one is a winner. I downloaded this app to work with Apple Airbuds as a replacement for prescription hearing aids. this is a real winner as the ear buds are much more comfortable than my $3500 hearing aid and I get to control exactly what I hear thanks to the Ear Agent app's GRAPHIC EQUALIZER as I have hearing loss of high frequency range. Thanks Eric! :-)

Tried many others. This is not the fanciest but it is the best in my opinion for ambient sound including music and simple to use. As I am now getting quite deaf I use it with Speaker Boost app at 10%. Saving equaliser settings is a really useful feature.

Hi Team, It doesn't work well with Pixel 2. I had purchased the pro version but sadly it stops after a minute. My pixel 2 runs on Android Pie. Can you please resolve the issue. I have uninstalled the app because it's very buggy. Let me k ow once you have solved the issue. Thanks

App is fantastic but I would like a reverse option Like instead of my phone mic if my headphones could be listening and I hear through the phone. either way the app works fine. if the pro version had my idea I would definitely spend the money

works well & cancels out alot of white noise hissing sounds . it could Be a little more louder because you can control how loud the volume output is. overall i give it a 5 for ease of use and sound quality.

App crashes as soon as I press the center button. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache, etc. Didn't help. Just keeps crashing. Using a Pixel 2 XL with Android 10

I have ear phones in as suggested and all I can hear is my breathing from the headphone mic? Not sure if it would be better to use the phone mic with earphones/headphones plugged in? Other than this problem app seems to work fine.

Having problems while on Bluetooth headset. No problem in old versions. + Please use a Bluetooth headset to understand what I'm trying to tell. :)

Nothing but an ad factory. every button press opens a full screen ad with a microscopic close button. if you miss the close button, prepare to have your phone compromised.

too much delay between people talking and me hearing them! it was too hard to keep up! and it only works if the app is on screen so you cant just be walking around in your pocket and hearing people at the same time!

Was an awesome app...I was using it on a V40 and it worked great. I switched to the one+7 pro and as soon as I press the button it closes the app. I uninstalled and installed it again and it still closes.

I got the free version which continued to turn off whem phone was locked, and then I purchased the app, and the same thing continued to happen. I lock my phone and it turns off in around 1 minute.

I have a Galaxy S9+ and every time I open the app and press the center button the app closes.i am using BEATS Studio 3 bluetooth headphones. Please help. Thank you.

Sam. N. May 6, 2019

decent app . could put a short demo in. that would in turn, simplify the time it takes an ordinary person to figure out the equalizer.

A. G. u. Dec 31, 2018

it used to be good, but now you can't hear anything your trying to with different phones and headphones. please update this app. I miss when it worked.

D. B. Nov 1, 2018

Everything echoed and could not hear anything louder. I am using a Samsung s6. I would give it a zero star if i could. Not worth even loading to phone. I really needed this to work.

Dan. W. Sep 24, 2018

Went from turning up the volume to hear through the mic, then blaring ads when you stop using the mic. No thank you.

Zen. M. Jul 8, 2019

The app is good , but when i connect a headset to the phone the mic on the headset will not work and the phone's mic is still active . i guess the app does not support the headset' mic .

it works really well for sounds originating near the microphone. not very good at picking up distant sounds
