I am one among the first batch users ears on the the trend setter EARIN in the real wireless bluetooth ear piece world. Though, years passed sweetly with lovely gadget, now I find some teething problems. I can't even hear a single song after 3 hour charging. Also, when I connect there seems some noise blast and suddenly the BT connection cuts off. A great product and lovable gadget by anybody. My only doubt about the life of the product. Whether te the span of the life is over? Your app ;)
Please update this app to work with android 10. It's unusable as is. The beta has been out for around a year, there is no excuse for lazy maintenance here. Do not buy earin headphones. Their customer service is terrible. Also the build quality of their products is lacking and clearly by the last update of this app in 2016 proves that they will end of life products and leave you hanging with no support.
Support group was very responsive. There are still some slight intermediate connectivity issues, but over great sound quality.
Simply doesn't work on Android — come on guys. For people that supported you at the start with the very first version of M1... don't leave us behind, PLEASE update so we can use the app.
They still haven't updated the app! I cant believe they have abandoned the community that funded their kickstarter. I will never buy any of their products if this forced obsolescence is how they do business.

Get connected ok but just keeps cutting out very disappointed because these ears buds are not cheep. Once again disappointed
Poorly poorly made product. 90% failure rate on connection to phone via blutooth. When eventully connected constant drops in right channel with phone in line of sight 1 foot away. App never once connected to earbuds. I shall be returning to retailer for full refund
Headphones must be synced with the app every time otherwise the Bluetooth drops out. Best set of wireless earbuds, app is simple and effective. Does what it says it will.
After long time issue I finally managed to connect the buds to my Samsung S5, but I still can not sync them with the app so the volume is super low. 250 usd for something that doesn't work what a robbery!!
The app connection to the buds is spotty at best. The ear buds work great over Bluetooth but the app only connects to them occasionally from my HTC 10.
The app does what it should, that is keeping the buds working. BUT it also prevents me from disabeling the bluetooth, doesn't allow to change the volume consitently. Further it sometimes has trouble finding them when already connected. It takes ages to load the battery level and visually is at best "okay". Really disapointing
Earin workedmwell for a few months but... I lost connectivity with the right side. I have unistalled and reinstalled several times and it hasn't helped. And I agree with the other users who stated that the app takes a very long time to respond to the buds.
This app is improving or improved, my previous review was 1 star. Will ammend for future thoughts. Problem now is app finds earbuds but, phone rejects pairing after format.. Sad at least know they're charged though.
Worst $250 I have spent, save your money don't buy it. The ear buds have poor sound quality, and rarely connects to the app.
Earbuds work great but the app has only connected to them 1 time in 20 tries, I'm done.
The earbuds are so far okay, but the app is real rubbish. The app never can find the earbuds! Stupid app.
Nothing worked, pairing very difficult,, once paired only right earbud worked, app could not locate earbud. Entire money down the drain.
Couldn't connect left ear initially, followed the trouble shooting tips. Job done! Sound is good and loud. I love them❤️
Would just like to know who took the screenshots in the description on a phone charging at 5%, lol. Amazing app though.
App does not work at all. the last update seems to be 2016. Earin, are you planning to support m1? M2 app seems to be able to connect but cannot do any configuration on the earphones.
