Hello. Your application is not working properly. Each time I want to open it, throws me out of the program. And after several attempts contacting you to solve this problem each time I got ignored and no one seems to care. 😡 yes maybe you think one in a 100k+ download user it doesn't matter but look at your score 3.8 😳 so it shows that your application's users are not satisfied 🙄 and you haven't done anything to improve it.
Overall, I like it, but idk for VTB its not working. I've tried many times. For other banks it works, but for VTB it does not create the ticket. It just says "please wait" and after that instead of creating the ticket it again shows time and date selection menu. I'm sure that I'm choosing right date and time
Already the second time, i book with early one , but still have to wait more than 10 minutes

Horrible experience. I need to guess when it's working hour, when is the nearest free slot. Showing just free slots would be so much easier....
Do not recomended!!!App is about queues and REQUIRES Location permission, and if you wont give that permission app is just keep asking or showing never ending loop of loading. Idea of this app is good, but that issue with permission just kills the performance. So far not more then 2 stars. I will not update my review till you tell users why its "required" to have that permission and if users denies it, just close the app
I really like the app and it saved me a lot of times, however it freezes on my POCO X3 nfc, which runs on miui 12.5.1 I would have definitely rated it 5 stars if not my case. Please do not hesitate to contact me for more details regarding the bug.

Great idea and good implementation, but please fix one issue. On OnePlus 6t every time when I create ticket app crashes. But ticket created successfully.
It just doesn't work. I printed my ticket and waited hours like others. In the end I've spent more time downloading and booking my turn and wasting my whole day in Ameria bank basically. Very Very bad.
after activating and getting me ticket. i waited about 20 minutes and my turn never came at VTB bank. then i asked support assistant and she manually put in in queue. (i booked for 11:40 and activated at 11:41)
I love this app))why? 1.It's Made in Armenia !! Proud for it 2.It's save my time in bank or other companies ,and i can spend more time with my friend and family!! Thanks for great idea and app !

Useless application. The application crashes regularly. The que is never maintained, had to wait in the line as long as without the application.

The idea is good but the application crashes all the time, almost impossible to use.

I took a ticket by the app for Ameria bank not to wait in line but I waited for 1.30 hours and had to leave frustrated.
Only some banks are shown in the list, the medical and government estates are missing and due to it I have been waiting more than 2 hours

No result, minor bugs. For banking system totaly useless,although a coyple of years ago was somewhat okayish. Time with earlyone ticket and ordinary one os the same. Tried to use for passport department- there are a lot of bugs, ticket is not created unless it o Is not a working hour. Lets say i want to be there whenever passport department opens, what is the meaning of application if i cannot create a ticket in advance. I just can go there and get my ordinary ticket.
