This is one of the best digital loan app. Processing is faster, credit limit offer at the first time is close to equal of your salary. While availing for the 1st time, the hand hold process is amazing as they call you & guide you through the complete steps. Credit limit is increased periodically & not in small amount but almost 2 folds each time. No other digital loan app can beat this app in terms of how easy & flawless service they provide. Never once their server is down for maintenance.

First update 11 May: this was the first loan app I used. Disbursal was quick and with minimal hassle. Video verification was also quick and the team did the best. I used the salary card with enhanced limit and have paid my emi almost a month early with no charges. Just a side note that interest rates are slightly higher. Till date I had a very smooth and professional experience. Will try to put and update in about 3 months after paying half of emis

I have been associated with early salary for more than 1 year. I must say it's reliable, quick and a fantastic customer service. Yes they would remind you to pay loan amount if unpaid which is their job. I would 100% recommend it to all. Interest is ok as compared to others. Most trusted, reliable and assured loan in emergency. Kudos team! You are great keep up good work.

Very irritating app.Now few of us got half salary... And so I have to exceed the due date... But the amount charged by them on the name of interest was too high... for EMI of 3700 , they charged 1100 penalty and taxes... Worst experience...I even closed the complete loan amount within 4 days and even one instalment was left...but still I don't see any reimbursement or any extra facility by the team... They provide you instant loan...but charge higher than any other bank. Totally wrost app.

I have come here by using this app so that I can tell my experience. I have had such an experience with this application that even in telling, tears are pouring from my eyes. Application is very dirty. Please friends do not use this application, after using you will be completely stuck. It will be very difficult to fall further in the trap of this app. It did the same thing to me. Very dirty application. My experience has been very dirty, I hope. Wake up and avoid this app.

Video verification is done and everything is set. The smart setup page is disabled. How many times to check with customer care. If you are not interested then don't give me this service. But don't play like this. Bad service.

Worst! Extra chargers even maintaining sufficient balance in the account for a repayment of 140 rupees I have been charged 590 rupees extra I can't believe how they are doing such things I wanted to pay from morning from manual payment the option was not enabled due to waste smart pay, now when the automatic payment was initiated it has bounced back. Worst not taking anything from this app again😫

I'm a little confused. Even after the loan being approved. I unable to set up smart repay and without going through that step the amount is not going to be credited. Idk if there is any issue from my end or its the app or the server.

Please go for other apps. 😫 Guys please do not ever go for it.. If you missed payment for once for 1-2 days also you will be charged plus unlimited calls. I closed my loan before 1 month so that I can get a small loan. Now the customer care said that since you made late repayment once so you cannot apply now ....only after 6 months you can apply...worst app. I have not seen such conditions in other apps.

I am facing issue with my previous closed loans... I have closed the loans by paying complete amount but HDB related loans still showing active with over due and due to this my credit score has been affected. I have sent an email to resolve the issue and remove overdue from the report but still there is no action. Kindly let me know how we can resolve the issue.

Not good. I mean, they usually don't offer credit if you miss any payment no matter what it is... Basically high intrest chargers. Better to go for some other money lending app rather waisting time.

The app is good the service was good but there was a big problem A few days ago I applied a lone and the lone is approved and transfer there Side but thet amount is not credited on my account. I suggest you please update your app when the lone is approved then a small amount send first for varify and confirm the account Then transfer the whole money. Pleas a request to u. Thanku..🙏

The worst app you can ever think of... Their customer service is damn poor and it is so slow that after 2 days they get back saying it's rejected.. even though it's written 30 minutes... I had high expectations which they dint meet even with 1 percent.. very poor service and very bad experience... I would never recommend you to use this app or refer it to anyone.

Still feel it's spooky, after the application was processed and the cash transfer completed on the app, it's still not in my account, everytime I call, they say 24hrs. From the start I had my doubts, and they proved me right.

The Agent who is doing the video verification is illiterate. They even don't know about the documents to verify. Last moment they said 2 number is showing in pan. On any pancard there is 2 number ( one is AYFPN3755J and other is showing near the photo). Very bad experience don't try this app , fraud only collecting data and selling to other portals.

Very easy to use, and repay. No delays, no frauds and no difficulties at all. The app is also crystal clear Please allow us to scan & Pay. The app usage will automatically increase & give a physical card

Not able to use salary card feature....not able to access that feature even when early salary confirmed that i am eligible and after multiple followups through email and voice.....seems like early salary is not interested in ficing this since only cash option is available so that i have to take cash advance for shopping on amazon and flipkart as well which is supposed to be no cost emi and by taking cash advance i have to pay all kind of charges......cheap trick that too for a regular customer

In recent times by the interest rates are too high.. There is a big difference to the loans i have taken from the past to loans i am going to take now.. This is disappointing no longer i am going to use the early salary earlier the interest rates are reasonable now with the stability they got they have increased too much now the other apps are offering lesser interest rates

will not recommend this app to anyone. I took a loan from here long back and paid it off in full on time. They haven't yet updated this in credit report which is showing overdue and my score is falling every month.

I installed the app and it's asking for the opt number it never sent me that verification number so I never even got a chance to even get past creating my account not let alone my password so I haven't got a chance to create an account with you guys because it won't let me receive an opt verification number you guys are not sending it to me that s***'s annoying

Initially it was a really great app but the app didn't auto debit the emi amount (where the auto debit option was activated) and i was charged the interest. Would ask the team to look into the issue.

Simply wow ! I seldom give any rating on play store. Thanks a lot,the cash crunch was crucial and the timely disbursement was immensely helpful. I seriously can't believe, cause I tried other apps and most were just a waste of time ,but this is cool. Thank you.

Dear loan seekers , plz don't waste ur time n civil score on applying on this app . This takes decades to get your profile verified . Worse ever app. I had submitted the application few days back in app and it was ensuring that it'd be done within 30mins . But it's still in inprogress status . Don't know what the hell they guys are doing to get the status of the application . totally disgusting.

One of the worst services in the recent app which I have ever seen after submitting all the documents again the executive will call us and say to submit the documents over the mail after receiving the documents they says TAT is 5mins the amount will be processed but the executive will not turn up again they will block our number directly and they will not respond our mails as well. My dear friends sincerely I request you to not to use this app for loan purpose worst services

Very annoying. I m uploading my documents in pdf format. But still I m getting SMS stating they are unable to view. Waste of time . I have in installed the app. Waste of time and it ask our bank personal detail as well..

Worst experience with it. For past few days, I tried to upload Bank statement more than 6-7 times but the app contains so many glitches that it always take me to the required Bank statement page even after uploading Bank statement. No progress in validation of Bank statement.

This app has no rules, My dues were not auto charged and I'm not able to pay on the app no option as well how to pay please help.My condition is not so good that I keep paying the extra charges for this app. After using this application, I am badly ruined and it bothers me too. Their customer service is also not good. behave in a very bad way. I do not like this application at all. Very dirty application.Believe me, don't ever use this app, you get caught in your trap only after using it.

I had very bad experience with an agent named Anil, due to year end my salary got credited late, I tried to explain the same thing to him but he spoke to me rudely and no manners. Now i made my payment and writing this feedback. App is all good but agent Anil is worst. Zero is what I would like to rate but there is no option.
