Earth Hero: Climate Change

Great concept and has a lot of great ideas and info. The #1 thing it's lacking is anything about the water crisis. I do appreciate the talk about animal agriculture but cutting down on meat is just one piece to the puzzle. We are running out of clean water and this should be the main thing talked about but I saw nothing as always. Other smaller things I'd like: scientific sources on their info and more statistics about more countries and local areas, perhaps even a local community aspect!

Absolutely awesome app! For anybody looking to help the environment and climate, but feel overwhelmed and anxious at the enormity of this task, this app will be perfect for you. It breaks down actions and steps for you to take into different categories based on difficulty level, impact, and money saved. It has helped me feel more in control of my life.

So humbling to see just how much of an impact I have on this earth. Very exciting to see simple ways I can change my life and also see what goals will help the most. I highly encourage the creators to add more actions like doing biodegradable drop offs, or simple things like replacing your coffee filters with reusable ones. Also it would be a really amazing feature to have an "Approved companies" section. It's so easy to fall for greenwashing and I love vetted lists of companies I can rely on.

Great app! Very easy to use! It gives a wide variety of ways to help the earth that I never thought of (which I really appreciate) More people need to know about this app and know how to reduce their carbon footprint. Never realized how toxic my electric company and bank was and will be making moves to change that in the future! I am also looking into an electric car now since I have to travel alot and live in an area where I cannot just ride a bike.

I love this app. Instead of just thinking of all the doom and gloom about climate change this is a great, easy to use app that encourages reduces your emissions with over 100 actions to pick from, many of which are easy peasy

This is a super easy app to use and gives me the information in a simple and understandable format rather then the complicated jargon that makes my head hurt if I do the research myself. I feel more confident and less worried about what I am doing and what I can do for climate action in my daily life and it also helps with the how as well.

This is seriously one of the best apps I have ever installed! It's very good for reducing your carbon footprint, yet fun and entertaining. Every time you complete a task, you feel a sense of accomplishment. They also have amazing extra features, like recommending climate activist groups and suggesting your own tasks. I suggested a task and within 2 days my email was replied by a human, not even a bot!

Really good little app! Lots of actions you can do to help slim your Co2 emissions! I would like to see an 'advocate for veganism' action at some point, as that's the solution to the no.1 cause of climate change! No invasive questions in the quiz (which is apparently rare with these apps), and overall just helps keep yourself sustainable! Devs did a great job!

Useful and Satisfying! I am constantly looking for ways to improve my lifestyle and how it impacts the environment. It's so handy having it all in one place and with useful information within each action to inspire you to do new things!

Well put together with a selection of actions to be completed. Seems a little light on water use, but good for many other environmentally minded activities. Users can suggest additional actions, which is nice, but not certain how often theyre actually added, nor is there an easy way to see new actions available. This would be a handy feature. Overall, a solid app. Recommend for those near the beginning of their environmental journey.

Finally, an app that's easy to use, but also gets into the details and let's you see the impact you make with different sustainability improvements! I've tried a few different apps and this one is my favorite so far. It allows you to put in information about your habits and then you can set an emissions reduction goal and works towards that by establishing habits suggested in the app. I find the way it's set up very motivating since it shows you a graph of reductions you've made over time.

Of all apps for mapping carbon footprint AND giving actions to reduce that impact, this is the best for use in Canada and the US at least. It looks at each action to be done realistically with difficulty level for people to accomplish, and let's you weigh that against the amount of carbon you are saving (by setting an emissions target). It even encourages you to get involved in the app itself and create an action. It does seem to take a while for these to be properly reviewed though.

Everyone should be looking at how they can reduce emissions and this app has loads of great tips and makes it easy to set goals. Achievements are celebrated and it's a good design.

I'm enjoying this app. It gives me clear, small goals I can set and work towards to reducing my carbon footprint. It's easy to use and helps me reduce my anxiety by giving me things I can actually do!

I am delighted to have this app! It's a great reminder of all the ways our behaviors can be adjusted, how we can be more deliberate and sustain the Earth's resources. Some changes I have made over the years, some I have needed to return to, others are new ideas to me, I welcome the information. Great and simple app to spark ideas for changing behavior to reduce your personal carbon footprint and inspire collective impact on climate change. Visuals are great. Goals range from easy to ambitious. Quick responses from support when needed and they love getting new ideas! Definitely recommend if you want to see your impact and start taking steps to reduce your carbon emissions.

This is an excellently designed app. It's easy for me to see exactly how many actions I've taken to reduce my carbon footprint and it also lets you set reminders that check in on actions that you haven't completed yet. The app is also aesthetically pleasing and easy on my eyes. 10/10 would recommend.

Brilliant app! The only one I've found that really takes into account what you currently do and gives you clear simple steps to reduce your impact further.

I downloaded the app to help reduce my impact on the environment. Seeing the world as it is and realizing that if we do nothing we won't have a world to live on in terrifying. Having an app with steps I can take to help is such a relief. Thank you for creating this app.

I love it! Gives people a bunch of actions they can do of varying impact! Some are more individual, and others are about involving the community. A nice app to have to poke you towards being more active in saving the climate!

This is an amazing app that simplifies the very complex issue of emissions and sustainability. It gives a rough estimate of where you're at in your journey and gives suggestions of both big and small steps you can take to reach personalized emission reduction and sustainability goals.
