Love the game but now it having some problems

Stuck on very first loading screen. Unable to try the game. Looks great, but it's broken. Brand new Note 5 I received today. EDIT: Customer service is ignoring my attempts to contact, and I don't see anyone else here or on the forums being answered about the loading issues. Really want to play, but it seems it's just not going to happen.

This game is one of the better rpg based card games out there but it is horribly unbalanced. Im giving it 1 star because it is frustratingly hard against the ai to gain the 2nd or 3rd tiers. It is purely based on luck, or stacking your deck with OP cards but you need to pay for boosters. You need to win the 2nd turn and get lucky to defeat the ai.

great battle card game from what i have played so far. i have not seen any ads yet but game crashed twice on me using galaxy s7 edge. inl purchased starter pack but not received. will rate 5 stars again if my purchase of welcome pack is added to my account. please sort this

Ok this card game is definitely challenging it's simplicity is somewhat gonna rock your brains out. I just started to play a day ago and I still can't complete the first chapter having all 3 stars. Let me see how long will my enthusiasm last on this game

I recently format my phone. I log in using the same google play id. But no previous data recovered. The game start again from beginning. I have leveled up to level 33. Currently between rank 30-40 in the event. I'm in gold division in the arena ranking. I work hard for this. Please help

Vs the AI, it always seems to have the right cards to counter every move you make. You can't play opposite the first card played by the other player, you can't use skills on the first turn. The games I managed to win were one-sided squashes due to drawing perfect hands of cards. Thought I would like a game where I could play vs the AI & get a story told, but it is maddeningly unfun.

This is a versatile and simple game for all purposes. Not only is it free to play, items are priced rather reasonably and you do need to pay to win. The game is pretty self rewarding, and there is an entire scope of battles to wage, and tricks to learn. The combination of all this makes it one game which is a must have for all sorts of gamers. On a more personal note, I never really liked Card Games before Earthcore: Shattered Elements.

Got a feeling it's one of the money pit games so I don't know how long it will be on my phone. Once you figure out what is going on and how to play fun and challenging. Don't like the load screens and as far as adventure mode goes it could be a tad less difficult for someone who is a beginner. Four stars though.... so far

My first comment was full of praise. But i missed a thing. Please remove the 1 hp point with a hero. It ruins the balance of the game. the best player is the player to stack 24 hero cards on their deck. Please 3 skills is enough. If you want this game to be competitive make it balanced. Im loving this game so far, i hope you guys are listening

The game is simple in its 3 types that can beat each other but most cards have abilities that change the game and make it more technical and fun. Has a few simple daily tasks and u can play alot or a little and still do very well in the game

I used to love this game, gave it a 5 star rating. But the developer have abandoned the game. Which means no more update, no bug fixes, no event or anything whatsoever. Now don't get me wrong. The game itself is good, it's free but certainly not pay to win. Gameplay is simple but addictive. But at this state, I can't and will not recommend the game.

When on Mobile data gets stuck on 'creating the world of earthcore' and will not progress. If you turn WiFi on then it works perfectly. Very annoying considering I spend 95% of my day outside of the house with no access to a WiFi network. I've spent 40 euros on the game and regret it now that I've realised this problem. Please fix as I won't be spending further unless fixed. Very. Very. Annoyed. Feel a tad robbed as I've paid for a service and don't have access.

Unique game idea--it feels like rock paper scissors started watching the Yu-Gi-Oh tv show. Edit: Day 2, got a notification that I needed to act fast to get a deal on cards, realized I didn't enjoy playing it on day 1 either, uninstalling.

Even though extremely tough to master, it (post the learning curve) is extremely addictive and rewarding. The skill distribution and execution is flawless, the developers, it seems, have left no room for error. This is a pc tier gaming experience in your mobile device. Hands down, this is arguably one of the most interesting and addictive games on the Android platform. A well deserved 5 stars.

Interesting take on rock paper scissors... But lots of depth... And I will admit my frustration could be my lack of understanding, but game seems way too hard out of the gate...1st level took me 5 games to finally win... But I kept getting all the same cards while opponent got all the counters!

Good game. Good strategy. Story contains nice write up which make me read. Not p2w as far i saw. Now the downside game required a lot optimization for old device because it's lag. Pulling of card from deck, swapping menu not at all fast. Requires two three tap before it happens. Unless farther improvement three star 🌟 from my end.

I have played everyday for 7 months. I went from nothing to breaking the top 10, still learning intricacies. Can't recommend it enough. Not to be ungrateful, but please don't add my name for the bonus, add someone else I don't need the resources as much as they probably do. Come find we on the forums if you need any help. As someone who plays card games non stop this game is very different. While most card games copy magic the gathering, Earthcore is very different with its risk being your life points. Trying to outwit your opponent by defeating their cards is challenging and rewarding. However like any other card game you can win or lose due to luck. For anyone tired of your stranded type of card games I recommend Earthcore to you.

Excellent app. Wish it had the ability to lower the in app music and sounds, in other words gimmie a volume slider! Great work with game balance, amount of pve is great (usually games neglect this in favor for pvp). Happy with the daily quests, it gets me to do things I don't always do. No complaints really. Wish the app size was a bit smaller though.

The intro half guides you through some scripted battles but your very quickly dumped against real bots with no explanation of strategy or even how damage is calculated. Even after reading the help guides the games often ended up as a pure luck "whoever scores lucky on the multiplier" sometimes winning a game in one lucky draw. No real deck building or strategy. Stick to mtg.

It's really an amazing game, similar to Magic but it has its own twist. I really like what they've done with it. It has very few things that I don't like but they are minor. *Update* I uninstalled the game because i had little space left on my phone but it won't let me get my old save data back. I connected it to play games so that this wouldn't happen but it tells me I've already logged into it on a different device but i haven't. Please fix this

Uninstalled this a while ago, but I just had to download it again. This game is a wonderful challenge, and really takes a lot of thinking. The reviews saying the NPCs are insanely hard (though not impossible, I've done it) are true, and I love it. Then trying to out-manoeuvre your opponents in PvP is fabulous too, a real mental challenge, although the matches can sometimes go on for a while. Overall I'd say definitely get this game is you want a truly challenging non-ptw card game.

Creators really put in effort to make a Good game they put in alot of effort you can tell by the presentation, Gameplay is OK feels like something is missing idk what it is ... BOATSnHOS in referral if you want free stuff helps me too

Really love this game, and think it's awesome that the developers don't expect you to spend your life savings to advance; you can easily earn enough gems and coins to get great cards. That said, feeling like the devs have kinda given up on the game. No updates, no new tasks or challenges. Game gets super repetative after a while. Even expanding chapters in adventure mode would be cool to give us something new to do.

AI always has the upper hand, no matter what u play, they always have a card up their sleeve to counter it, a bit unfair. Just deleted the game. Who wants to sit and lose and lose and lose and lose...games are supposed to be fun and not demoralize your spirit. FFS.

EDIT: couldnt get this game of my mind when i was playing other TCG/CCG ..this game is so good in every level deserves my 4 stars.if they can remove the loading screens less.and not have a loading screen each time you click something.experience is cut...........So far in the beginning is no pay to win.im liking it more than the ALMIGHTY hearthstone because it doesn't require alot of memory for my phone (8gb no sd)but it's fun as much or even more than hearthstone. I'll edit more in the future so far so good

This seems like it would be a good game, with fairly simple mechanics and a nice graphical interface. The arena doesn't seem to allow for any level limits (I just fought someone 40+ levels higher) and even worse, you have to grind the same levels because the computer always seems to get the better card or has just the right ability to counter the strongest of your cards. Needs some better balancing if even the story mode won't let you progress...
