Earthquake Alerter Free

It uses push notifications to alert you when an earthquake occurs that match any predefined filters.
Create as many filters as you want to monitor earthquakes all over the world. Create a filter for smaller earthquakes near your location, or one to filter very large quakes worldwide, or create a custom location and radius
- it's up to you!
Push notifications use Google's GCM technology and therefore require Android 2.2.
Again, this is a companion app for Earthquake Alert!. Once you have both installed they work together seamlessly.

It's been quite a while since this app actually worked. I really enjoyed getting updates about earthquakes. Now I get none. I have un installed and installed and set up different settings, yet it still doesn't work.
This app hasn't worked in a long time. I used to get notifications about earthquakes of a certain magnitude globally, and all local earthquakes, but haven't had a notification in a while.
Won't work anymore. Won't connect to server and upgrading to PRO not even available though still listed as an option. PLEASE FIX OR UPDATE!!!!!
Sends an earthquake alert after 37 minutes. They must run on the slowest server in the history of servers. This will surely save countless lives.
Used to be the best app...sadly it's been down for over 2 years now. Shame. I've never found one quite as good as this one. Wish the developer was willing to invest back into it.
No longer works. Alerter sits in "connecting" state indefinitely without ever connecting, so no alerts.
It does not actually work. I am in Puerto Rico right now and have received 0 notifications. Also have a pin in San Francisco. It does not work either.
I stopped getting notifications. I changed nothing in my settings. Not the first I've had issues with this app.
The notification add on stopped working a long time ago. Looking for a new earthquake app to get alerts.

This app used to work great and now it doea not work at all. If it geta fixed, i will re-install.

I actually paid for this app. Looks like it's free now but since I did pay for it I should be able to gripe, it won't alert me about anything that's why I bought it. Please fix this app

I think it's a great app, no other words to put it. It does what it says.

It would be nice if the weekly stats got fixed, Sunday is the first day of the week not the last. Weekly statistics should be reset at the end of Sabbath day which is the 7th day that's now called Saturday.
Like others have mentioned, this app used to be great. However, it no longer works properly. Even with the additional app for filters/notifications, they do not operate properly anymore. The app still obtains information for quakes, but seems to only ever pull that data when I force the app to get it. The app also never sends notifications on any quakes either. Had a series of quakes in our area last night, with the largest being a 6.0+ and never got a single notification from the app for any of the 30+ quakes/aftershocks all night.
