I rerely give reviews but here you go:- One of my most favourite Travel booking app. No app can replace this app. They provide good offers and cheapest tickets all the time. What to say, words are short to compliment this application. Easy to use. Clean and fast UI. Contact Support on call which is most important for me. They are the best at it. Always online to take and handle your queries. XO

Best app for train, flights, bus and cab booking. Huge discounts and if canceled there is an option left to transfer the amount to your bank account. This service is really good. For this reason I am giving 5 star to this app. 👍👌

In terms of price, excellent. I recently booked few trips, costing is good. Just a feedback, I booked cab services but there are no options to halt in between the trip like an hour or two like for temple Darshan or sightseeing etc. Not even on extra charges. It is all then between the customer and driver and that depends on the nature of driver. I request for giving halt facility in between the cab trips on request on chargeable basis which can lead to a more customer friendly and profitable way

Worst experience. I suggest no one to use ease my trip. It is of useless. I have booked a hotel. When I arrived for checked in hotel they denied and told we didn't got any booking. After continuios calls to customer care they hardly responded and failed to provide another hotel booking. Worst customer care response. They couldn't able to provide hotel booking in another hotel requested us to book in another hotel and they will provide refund of my new booking. But they didn't refunded money.

App is good. Just one issue that I'm facing from a few days. When I open the app, it says me update available. But when I click the message there is no update available on playstore. Thus not able to use the app property.

Please avoid using this booking agent because their app is quite quizzical. You have to google their coupon codes because they don't show all at the time of payment. I ended up paying 3-4k extra for my flight tickets. It seems all they do is simply give you an interface to book (that too a poorly designed one) and claim themselves as booking 'partner' (legal terms being used by them to avoid being challenged). This attitude of shedding liability won't take this company far.

I m very satisfied with the service of ease my trip I have been using this app from last 2 years and believe me they are giving the extraordinary service from bookings of Planes to booking of train There booking service There cancellation service There customer service all are absolutely amazing!

This app has became worst. This app was worthy year back coz years back they provide plenty of PROMOCODES for flights. But now the cost of any searching flight is higher than any other app or cite, and also they have removed the PROMOCODES from it.

Have lots of bugs and they are ok with it. If you try to let them know they will ask for proofs, so if you are using this then do remember to take screenshots in each and every step or else if you wish to save your time then you can use some other apps.

Don't ever book Hotel rooms on Ease my trip. People there are worst to deal with. I have raised a complaint on 17th April 2022,I was assured a call back. its been 40 days, I have not received any call back. I have taken follow up almost 12 times...No one is bothered to resolve the issue, nor they care to call back. The management is Worst than government run. NOW a days government run offices revert back much earlier..

Awesome app! Best service ever for Indians and so smooth without glitches and also easy to read and analyse! Nothing difficult! they are giving 100% refund for the cancelled flight.

App does not allow rescheduling the dates for select passengers. It necessarily requires all passengers to modify their journey. App developers may please look into this.

A good alternative to MakeMyTrip. However, they don't show AirAsia international flights which are quite cheaper than other airlines.

Everything is fine but the registration of my travel history and record is not coming. Like upcoming trips . specific promotions would be useful

They cheated me....I have been trying to get my refund of a flight cancelation and they made my life misarble. It has been over more than 3 month but they dont care. At end i gave up on my hope on them...and im looking forwad to sue them. If any shame left with easymytrip return my money.

If it could be negative i would have rated them -5*. Shameless fellows after raising my refund multiple times didn't bother to look into it. I will never ever recommend this application to anyone. When comes to refund these are like every other greedy fellow looking for easy money from their clients.

Easy to use with best cancellation charges. And it's India's company. So why to use other apps when we have such a wonderful Indian platform.
