EASI - Food Delivery

Horrible experience! I just ordered milk tea and it took 3 hours to arrive. Absolutely no communication as to why it was so delayed. They constantly take hours to deliver something and never bring the food to your door but always call and ask you to go out to take it. When I complained about their serious delay service, I only got offer $5 coupon and not a refund. After going back and forth, they agree to offer $8 coupon but still no refund. My order was almost $30.

ZERO star! The worst delivery app ever! Misleading promotion, says $60 free but it's only $10 free, the other $50 is delivery vouchers... slow customer service, who doesn't understand English, and want to operate in Australia... can not stack promo and giftcard together... really bad refund policy! slow app, alot of bugs. Easi was not easy! Would not recommend!

very bad experience horrendous! 😕 don't recommend this to anyone. they are not ready to deliver even if the restaurant shows nearby according to their app. tried with multiple restaurants nearby ...no luck. they won't even refund the money paid for premium subscription. this app is a scam. delete it now!

Worst food delivery app I have ever used. Waits until you click the final button to order before telling you that you are outside the delivery area. Absolutely ridiculous. And sent me texts in what I assume was Chinese despite selecting English as my language.

First order took TWO hours despite a delivery time of 30-45mins. I couldn't contact the merchant to check the status. Customer service said they would check and call me back but didn't. It was then finally assigned a driver, but I couldn't contact him. When I finally got my order it was two hours later, lukewarm and customer service refused to refund me because I accepted the order. Thought I'd try one more time, my order was cancelled after 20minutes without warning.

Showed membership fees that are supposedly 6.99 in the page but when you want to pay, it changes the payment to 19.99. Such a con , asked the customer service and none can help. Keep saying apps need to be updated but mine are the latest version

Lack of delivery driver. Already contacted the customer service after one hour placing the order and no one picked up the food. After two hours we were still waiting. Customer service refuse to cancel the order so we can only continue to wait for it and pay for cold and soggy food. No compensation policy for late delivery. Dissappointing.

I waited 45 minutes for my order. No one picked it up for delivery. I now have $65 missing and the order isn't on the app as a historic order. I'll have to follow this up. Really horrible service, unable to talk to someone. Avoid

Bewarned! Only use Easi if you are prepare to wait 2 hours for cold food to be delivered. Ever since lockdown is over, they do not have enough drivers so food ready for picked up in restaurants for over 45mins. This business is going downhill judging from all the recent 1 star reviews. This is an ongoing issue which they are unable to fix and just relying in chat suport to give you a tiny credit. Charging both app usrers and restaurants fees and yet cannot do its basic delivery is a big Fail.

Horrible experience. Terrible drivers, terrible customer service. Took one hour just to get a cold drink delivered! Now it's become just flavoured water! On the map it showed driver was driving around the area, sometimes they even got further and further not sure what the heck they're doing. Tried calling the driver several times but he switched off his phone! And customer service is unresponsive and useless. Please remove this app from existence so no one else can use it.

Very misleading offers and membership. Promised free delivery but with unreasonable conditions when trying to order. Also, the first order is promised 10$ off which I didn't get either . Didn't even make one order.

Stupid and fool app, no delivery man were assigned to my order and the text and phone customer service is no responding. Either me or the restaurant cannot contact the customer service so the restaurant call me to apologize that they have already made the food and cannot cancel the order, ask me if I can contact the delivery app customer service - ofc I can't. Completely worst delivery app ever.

Delivery is always slow, at least one hour and my last order took 2 hours to be delivered. I'll stick with Uber Eat next time! Signed up for Easi Plus membership but there is no way to cancel it from within the app.

I don't love this system. First of all, I downloaded the English version on purpose (after waiting for it for ages), so why are the automated messages and some menu elements still in Chinese? The prices change after you make the order and as you have to pay the driver, they expect you to pay the higher amount. This has happened twice now, very sneaky. The prices seem to be lower than other apps, but I'm not sure it's worth it as the drivers are not as efficient or nice as other services.

The app has improved a lot since I started using it. But it still needs to be clearer on delivery times. A driver can pick up 5 orders and you don't know where you are in the queue. So delivery time can be 15 min from pickup up to 1hr! Uber eats / Deliveroo don't have the excellent range that Easi has. Although their apps are a little more polished and delivery times are faster and clearer.

Ordered and never delivered, cannot even process a refund, would like to report to ACCC or VCAT for this dodgy business price on the app is at least $3 more expensive than the actual menu. You can order directly from the restaurants via call or wechat.

Service is hit or miss. Most of the time it goes smoothly but when there are issues (had a 3hr delivery where the food was waiting to be collected for 2.5hrs) you will struggle to get in contact with customer service (long wait queues) to cancel or get a refund. They don't offer a web interface so you are forced to use their rather poorly designed application, and they allow shops to post random "menu" items which aren't actually menu items but rather in-meni advertisements.

Drivers great, the actual easi service staff hopeless, impossible to get questions answered, they seem to forget it's tye customers that give them a job and keep the buiness going . Lazy and arrogant

This is honestly one of the worst apps I have ever used, and is pretty much inferior to other delivery apps (like uber or deliveroo) in every single way. I use it because some restaurants will only deliver via this app. Honestly, why would a restaurant do this and force their customers to use such a bad app? The app has constant pop up ads, it's unclear how much the delivery fee is, lots of menus are not in English, it's impossible to input an address except using their address select tool which is broken and will pick incorrect addresses. Half the voucher codes they advertise don't work, parts of the interface are not in English, and on top of that the app is slow and constantly bombards you with 'special offers' (aka advertising). Install it when you need to order something and then immediately uninstall it!

I like how this app has merchants not provided by other food service apps, HOWEVER the system is horribly laggy (honestly can't tell where your driver is moving at all). Also I've had instances where it's difficult to find drivers (added a good half hour to an hour extra to the wait) and thus my food arrives soggy and cold. Call centre always busy. I am so disappointed, if it was good I would really recommend to others as I HATE giving bad reviews, but it's just been continuous disappointment.

Used this app twice and had issues both times with items being missing or prepared wrong. Bad refund policy too, mandatory photos (over email, no help button, chat or call options) to prove order was incorrect and then refunded only for the specific item. Additionally EASI has let me add items to cart on both occasions and only at payment told me that the store is actually too far away. Waste of time and energy.

Don't download this app, it's a pure scam. There is no way you can unsubscribe the membership after you paid it, and the customer service cannot help to cancel the monthly recurring payment either. I ended up had to cancel my bank card which I used for the payment. 这就是个流氓软件啊，充值完会员第一单下完单平台就把订单给取消退款了。如果不能送让我下订单干吗呢？9.9的会员费也没地方退，电话也没人接。

After receiving a coupon I decided to try this service despite the fact that they still only had a handful (literally) of restaurants to choose from and of those many were pizza places so the variety wasn much different. My deliveries all went smooth and the drivers were great so I made sure to tip well in cash, etc. HOWEVER....the App never gave me credit for the coupon I submitted before even placing my order. Instead of simply reimbursing like they should have (or not charge the additional amount in the first place), or even making the littlest attempt to work with me they were dismissive and condescending.I use EASI as well on almost a regular basis and after this I will no longer be using them either.

I would really really love to use this app instead of uber eats to order take away but it's so difficult to use, I spent an hour browsing for food with irrelevant picture (there was one shop with One Piece pics), after finally deciding what I wanted, I get a message saying it's too far from my delivery address even though that's what I put in at the start. All the coupons, offers, it's just busy and doesn't actually work on anything. Please don't take your UI design from AliExpress man.

Placed orders several times, orders are not being picked by the restaurants, very bad experience, waste of time!!!

Worst of the worst! The app is in Japan yet none of the drivers or customer service agent speaks Japanese or English. I ordered my food and waited 2H! Even thought the food is supposed to deliver 1h ago. Contacted both driver and EASI, they both hung up on me after I asked if they could speak Japanese. Absolutely terrible

Good restaurants and drivers... but the customer support is something else. Order was wrong so was offered an 8 dollar coupon for a 12 dollar meal. I then was told it would take 2 days to get to my account and now a week later I contacted customer service and they just transferred me from agent to agent without even replying. Like they didn't even want to deal with it so they just passed it on to the next person. Never using this app again. Door dash and menulog are much better services .

My experience for the app... I enjoyed it at first because the app gave me £5 voucher and I used it to buy bubble tea for free. How ever their delivery service is really bad, I ordered food and the shop has done it but there's no driver delivering it to me, meaning the food has been left at the shop for a long time. Easi should have organised the delivery service better or at least communicate with the restaurant before the food is done.
