Now the mobile app wants money, but it's not really worth paying for. Sections difficult to navigate; often when you open a section the same article repeats numerous times, has frequent typos or is badly written. Regular online version has same content and is free (so far).

after two emails, I still have not heard back from the Times. On my tablet, I am unable to read in book VIEW, like I can on my iPhone 10. service appears to be as bad as home delivery. ah, the good old days with Dean Lesher.

Terrible, how did they win a pulitzer? Its called the EAST BAY times. Today, two stories about the EB, everything else is news you can get anywhere. I would like to see more EB news please. Although looking at the recent winners of 2019, it might be easier to get a pulitzer than TP.

I really tried to give this app a chance. However the majority of time when I click on a notification, it doesn't take me to the appropriate article and I have to go searching for it. It got tiresome. Uninstalling.

Can't seem to believe that I have a subscription. But then it knows who I am. Bad design. Articles pushed to read, but then aren't available. Fire the developers. This is why I want the print copy that never gets delivered.

It's annoying how headlines are repeated in the new/local news section. I would prefer the apple more like the browser version.

No access to e book version, paid subscription but always have to log in and cannot open downloaded files. Very frustrating.

This is a very good app with all the right headlines. We take the home paper but the mobile version is a plus!

What an embarrassment to Bay Area readers. This app from a primary newspaper publisher is a weak extension of the printed paper. As a print subscriber and long time resident of the Bay Area, I'm saddened that the publisher offers so little content.

HORRIBLE! Give us back the old app that allowed us to turn the pages of the actual newspaper and read what WE want to read.

Such terrible design and flow. Continue using the desktop version if paying to see ads doesnt bother you already.

Difficult to set up this new app. The previous app I had stopped working. It's very frustrating!

It's good for news but no way to turn off notifications in the settings. That's a major flaw.

When I click on sections the option for e-edition is no longer available. That ruins the app for me.

Can't do a vacation stop with this app.

Takes long time to load. Pages are not centered on screen.
