Sometimes, more often than I like, I can't get signed in. I get a message saying "No internet connection." 🤨 There are two things about that; 1) More than often there IS a perfectly viable internet connection. 2) It shouldn't matter anyway, because I have my data usage on always!! I often watch TV or a movie while in a waiting situation!!! = AGGRIVATING as all get out!! Before you say check your cookies or try to uninstall/reinstall, among any other common 'fix' - been there, tried it ALL.
Works but it's old looking, slow to open things (many pages load twice), many things have to many steps (such as when moving money). You can do everything but needs to be revamped.Would be really nice if the home page was the accounts page, not the page with all those buttons, people want to see balances. And show credit cards and investments
Can't pay business taxes. Have to go to desktop. Worse than this, an accidentally postdated check was withdrawn from the issuing bank, but I do not have access to the funds. This is so clearly wrong as to be negligent. Further, since the transition from Bergengren to East Coast, I am no longer able to have a personal account "also doing business as Isaac's Harbour Boat Shop". Just a simple nuisance, but.That's two strikes. One more and you're out.
Very, very, very slow. While I am connected to the internet or cell coverage and trying to do banking it will tell me there is no connection available. Poor running app. Continues to have glitches. Takes forever to open.
It's a decent app but it could be more streamline and cleaner more modern. Sometimes it is slow and loads 2x. Other times it runs well. All in all it gets the job done but could run smoother and look nicer
The general setup is good all bases covered, but an initial login to the entire app would be better. I would also like to see fingerprint login in the future since other banking apps have already moved that way.
What's the deal with the app? Did an update and now it keeps saying I don't have a wifi or cellular connection, when I very much do. Get your ducks in a row here! Edit: Ya got your ducks in a row, well done
No access to credit cards. App is clunky, slow, outdated. Nice to be able to deposit cheques at least.
Often have trouble signing into the app and it tells me I have no carrier service. It's only this app, and no other banking/misc apps. I have to restart my phone several times.
Could be more user friendly, and hiring a graphic designer to do a more friendly interface. Instead of looking like a website from the early 2000s.
Everything Works well. Only thing i don't like is the slow payment time to pay bills. This is probably so with all the banking apps but I'm not sure.
Your session has expired keeps popping up. It is useless and it should not exist. It is a big inconvenience. I pull my hair out. I've uninstalled it. I'd rather use the web to login.
Oookay, but a little antique, especially the login. Maybe enlarge the font, use the page better, get a webpage designer onboard. Copy the moderns!
I also have the scotia bank app which shows my credit score and everything on my credit history. That would be a great addition to the app.
Updated the app a month or 2 ago now it hardly works, nothing loads it says it's loading then nothing happens or it crashes. Whatever you did to it ruined the app
Have to exit app 5 or 6 times and close everything just to get to login screen. App closes everytime I try to take a picture to deposit a cheque. Very frustrating
Unable to set up a recurring payment on the app. Disappointing! Rest works well. Fast!
Always worked for me this app,and when i need to speak to someone inside establishment,i can call the phone number in the app and i get quick responce from the East Coast Credit Union everywhere and where i do my busisness The Port Hawkesbury Branch!!!Thank you all Team Members!!
Works pretty well, check depositing can be tricky, photos not always able to verify the amount.
Its just okay, I would love a more dynamic app with better features and more user friendly. But it does what it needs to
Many glitches such as province not indicated, won't scan some cheques for online deposits, can't stop or reverse a transaction if wrong account selected at start ...
It still has bugs, needs to be restarted from time to time.
I'm really happy with our Credit Union. I was banking for a while at another bank and found it " just not the same" as the personal & friendly service at the Antigonish Branch
When it works it's great 5 stars but lately it's giving me a message that there's no network carrier or WiFi available but there is. Why?
Can't use Interac to pay for online purchases. Have to use desktop. Frustrating!
Had this app for years. Does what I want it to. But if you ever exit out of the app without closing it out of your open apps. You'll have no connection. I've also had it open with no connection. Please fix the networking for this. It's very inconvenient having to force stop the app for the networking to work.
