I love this app. Super helpful. Unfortunately, once my S9+ updated 2 days ago, it completely stopped working. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no avail. Please fix this issue.
Doesn't work ever since I had an update on my S9+. Please fix! UPDATE!! Problem was fixed! Thank you ECSFCU! You're awesome!
after update to my s9 about 2 weeks ago app has stopped working. when can I expect it to work again?
Once you take a picture of a check for a deposit, the app freezes.
I Love it
I was so excited to have an app, but the mobile deposit feature does not work. It always says it can't find the endorsement on the back of the check. Very frustrating. I thought it was just my old phone, but I have the same problem with a brand new Galaxy 5. If that was fixed it would be awesome.
Finally! I was just waiting for a mobile website but this is even better!
Still have to go to website to pay credit card.
* UPDATE Don't install this app on a Friday or Saturday, in case you need tech support. In my case, whatever the issue was resolved itself after 48 hours. The app is working now. I am giving it 4 stars now because I'm just starting to use it and don't see all the new upgrades yet. (P.S. I am a college instructor with high intermediate tech skills.)
