This app is really glitchy with mobile deposit. Most of the time, when I try to take a photo of a check in the app, I get kicked back out to the login screen. I have to try repeatedly to get it to work. Super frustrating. Otherwise the app works great, and they continue to improve features (such as now showing pay off amounts instead of just amount due) when making payments.

Easy to use. The features are smooth and never had any issues.

So much easier than jumping in the car and driving several miles, finding a parking space, walking thru the snow to the front door, realizing I left the car unlocked and go back thru the snow then back to the front door....and so on. This app is excellent and saves me time and frustration. Besides, I don't have dress up to go to the Credit Union. I can actually bank in my underwear.

Quick update, easy to use. But when paying off your overdraft, it doesn't include the interest, so to pay it off in full you pay the amount is says, but then you go back to your accounts and there's still $ owed (the interest) so you have to go back in and pay that off too.

Easy to use, access, and make transfers eight from my phone! I would readily encourage this app for those who are to busy to check their balance. It also has an amazing feature, which allows you to see all of your withdrawals; the amount, and from where it was withdrawn.

Mediocre features and lack of security. External transfers never work and I end up having to use the website. Password length is a joke. It's 2021. I should be able to use 30 characters if I want. App does not work with password manager autofill. This app is a ridiculous joke. Uninstall it and just use the somewhat less terrible website.

It's a lot easier to deposit using EICU app than it is most apps.

I have tried to use mobile deposit. The first time I assumed that my deposit would go through instantly like they always have on Mountain America's app. Two days later I received an email saying that my deposit has been deleted because there was no endorsement and that I should endorse it and try again. I HAD endorsed it in black ink. So I went over my endorsement with a black sharpie. After trying numerous times, I got a message that my deposit had to be verified by an employee. PLEASE FIX APP!

Mostly good, although bill payer feature could be easier to edit. Data not always available, particularly when you need a balance to avoid an overdraft.

Best financial institution app I have ever used!! Love it. Transfers are easy to do, the design is beautiful. The CU rewards are awesome super easy setup. 😎 way to go EICU!!

Love this app! Easy to understand and look up deposits and withdraws! Absolutely love the check deposit feature! When you live an hour away from any bank and you can't get there to cash a check this feature is a life saver!

App is easy to navigate, the speed of transfers, etc. is excellent. I'm very pleased with it.

I love being able to handle my account online. The only thing I don't like is that there is only 6 transfers aloud a month. I dont think there should be a limit on how many times I need to transfer money. No worries though! I still love it.

Barely works at all. The mobile web portal is way more useful, and still barely works.

I can not load this app. It says that my cell phone is not compatable with this version. I had it loaded once but my phone crashed and when I reset it it will not load now.

Great app! Easy to use, making transfers and paying loans is super convenient! CU rewards is awesome and such an easy setup!!

easy to you and rarely ever down. never encountered any glitchs. like the option that you can either type in your password or use your finger print.

Great to have on the go,no problems. Would like to see a PIN sign-in option instead of password every time

very easy to use and to find. I think it could be better if they could tell you ahead of time if the images worked, but that's the only flaw

This is a great app. Except for the fact it isn't allowing my phone to take pictures of my check, so I can't Mobil deposit! Please fix it!

I've beenen with EICU for almost 30 years. Its people and services have always been great to work with and this app has made it even better. Keep up the great work EICU!!!

This is so awesome! I live 1&1/2 hours from town and sometimes I just can't make that trip. It's really great to have a way to deposit my checks when that happens. Thank you for making that possible!🙂

It crashes every time I take a photo of a check, then I have to log in and keep trying again and again. It can take days just to deposit one check.

its very simple and easy to use, EXTREMELY convenient. Couldn't be happier with the app!

I ve had east idaho credit. Union for About 13 years. They have done an excellent Job on everything i have needed still the same. They still do a great job. Thank you all.

This totally helps make my life easier. We dont live near a bank. 100 miles is a long way to bank. So thank you for the app.

I am out of the area quite often and being able to transfer money so quickly and conveniently is an awesome experience
