East of Chicago Pizza

It seemed ok. I just wish I could get multiple things like drinks. I had to go back in and get one 2 L at a time. Also, I don't know what crispy crust is. I wish there was a preview picture at least of the crust. Everytime I would click auto fill in my phone, it would close the app.

When you go to order a pizza it gives you their specialty pizzas starting with cheese pizza and on down. I could not figure out where to find create you own. You have to click on the "cheese pizza" which looks like it is, well, just a cheese pizza. It doesn't tell you it's then going to give you options to add toppings so you can create your own. I am a fairly intelligent person and I have to admit it stumped me. It just makes more sense to have at the top DESIGN YOUR OWN.

Most of the fields are programed incorrectly so that auto fill thinks it's a different type of field, inputting information into the fields often doesn't work the first time, and it's just overall clunky to use. It feels like a 10 year old mobile web form, not a modern app.

You should be able to select the quantity of an item that you want instead of having to go all the way back. There should be a build your own pizza option. They should be able to tell you when something is out of stock.. instead I spent 15+ minutes on an app that is difficult, annoying, and inconvent only for them to call me and tell me they were out of half of my order. The app needs serious work.

Love this app, use it all the time. My only issue is that it needs to update the menu. In our area they have a cauliflower crust and pizza bowl, but it is not on the app. Whenever we want one we have to call.

Easy to use and offers option of cash or card or split. Not many do. Most online purchases are card only. And ordering was self explanatory , quick, and easy.

Totally worthless app. It won't let me order a pizza delivered because it says there isn't any East of Chicago pizza restaurants in town. I order all the time from one right down the street and have it delivered. I guess they don't know that restaurant exists. Totally worthless app. Uninstall. I haven't ordered a pizza from them in 1.5 years because of this broken app.

Really difficult to use this app. If you accidentally try to checkout, you can't get back to edit your order. If you hit back, it erases your order and you have to start over. It's nice that it let's you repeat your last order, but you can't see what it is, so I never use it. This app needs some work to be user friendly.

Credit Card was declined because the app would not let me change the month from December. This caused us to have to choose another option and then eventually call the store to pay. I like the idea of saving time, but unfortunately the opposite occured.

It used to work great. Now it won't open, I click the icon, the screen flashes the app and then it closes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I LOVE East of Chicago pizza but I'm super bummed that the app is broken.

Very frustrating. Could not add tip? Did not have an easy way of exiting from entering text, and the keyboard on my phone covered up the "submit" button, so it was a very frustrating experience.

It has improved. However the coupons on their website aren't reflected in the deals, nor are there coupon codes that can be entered to get discounts. Kind of a rip off when I prefer to order online.

works well enough. I'd like to see better product description. also it would be nice to have options for how you like things cooked. crisp crust, brown cheese, extra crisp wings things like that.

Great pizza i love it. my only problem is the app has some bugs the pictures do not like up with what the description is. but other than that if you know what you want it's not a problem and it's mostly just in the desserts and appetizers.

Downloaded the app because usually apps are easier than searching for a website. Put my address in and it said I was 4.3 miles away from the nearest one. Went to order and the app said I was outside of the delivery zone...ridiculous. Just use the website, don't waste your time downloading this app.

This app is very easy to use. It made the ordering process very quick. My only suggestion would be to allow me to add a tip to my order. However, it was noted i could add a tip to my card upon delivery. All in all, a very user friendly app.

App is trash, restaurant great. But this app is trash does not work well. I live a block away from East of Chicago and the app said I was not in the delivery zone which I know for a fact is not true. And the apps layout organization is trash too. BUT I DO LIKE the food just wish the app was better.

I like ordering with the app but now I can't find a way to order Chicago style. Options are pan, thin, crispy, etc. I have ordered them before in the app so I think something is wrong.

Several features of the app are not working correctly and it's not the most user friendly, but it gets the job done without frills or thrills. Could stand some TLC from the developers and it could be a nice app to have.

Seems good overall. Needs some tweaks like changing from delivery to carryout could be a little easier. Needs photos for certain menu items

App works well but there is a bad delay between any user action and response from the app. Can cause double selection of items. Scroll response is horrid.

Not great. After I selected a special I could not go back and select anything else from the menu. I kept getting an error message. Normally the app works just fine but not today.

at first the app worked well, but then it glitches and I had to restart it a few times before it let me finish my order. pictures are incorrect with the actual item.
