Eastbay

The only time I was able to sign in was around 2012 when I first installed this app. Since then every device I had, you can't sign in, even after using the same email creating a new account, you can't sign in. I stopped ordering from Eastbay when they stopped mailing me catalogs because you can't sign into your account, and they haven't corrected this in almost a decade

Eastbay screwed up my order and ultimately canceled it. They didn't even try to fix it, when I didn't do anything wrong and they just said screw the customer, we made a mistake and won't even try to fix it, tough luck buddy. Not the best customer service. Compared to Nike's customer service who goes above and beyond to please their customers. Eastbay's customer service is embarrassing.

As expensive as Eastbay is, you'd think they'd have a MUCH better app! It never seems to be current! Items are listed but once an order is submitted, it takes 3 or 4 days for them to let you know the item is "sold out", and to cancel your order! This has happened to me 3 or 4 times now! It also messes up CONSTANTLY, which isn't a huge thing, but SO annoying to deal with EVERY time you try to use the app! Id rather just go to the website, instead of using the app!

This app has quite a bit more options than other shoe/athletic clothing apps.

Needs to be more updates & a better user interface. Continue to update & improve..

It used to be a great shopping experience but now east bay gone sour

Nothing works on this and all Footlocker brand apps. Find a new vendor. I can't shop for anything because even if it shows a Large is the only size in stock, I get to the cart and tells me that size is out of stock and removes it from the cart. This happens nearly every time. Fix your inventory and don't let users add items that are out of stock. Side note, why are you advertising your app and the ability to download within the app that the user has already downloaded? All around terrible.

I keep getting a token error when trying to sign in. Everything was fine yesterday but today it isn't working.

Absolutely the worst app I've ever downloaded. Made the mistake of trying to order a few shirts. Was told i "accidentally" hit the place order button twice by customer service. They sent me an email confirmation of the order, that did not show the additional order. Only when i checked my bank statement did i see i was charged twice. When i called customer service less than 24 hours later i was told there was nothing they could do. Now i have to wait for the order,return it and wait for a refund.

Ordered shoes and got the confirmation email only to wait 2 days and be told they don't have them anymore.. They show so many shoes on their app that they do not even have in stock. Filters don't work. So misleading. They need a better inventory service/app service. Other brands tell you exactly how many they have left in inventory.. Guess I will buy elsewhere instead of getting mislead and tricked. 👎👎👎

I've been shopping on Eastbay since I was 10 or 11 years old & getting the catalog in the mail. I'm 27 now. The app makes it even more easy to browse, order, and make your wish list of kicks or the most fly clothes. You get up to date info on the current sales & offers.

Okay, So. Ive had a good time with these guys. i just receivedy Nike Air Max Speed Turfs. They came about a week after ordering. shipping was pretty fast for free shipping. It was put into a box, which was nice but my shoe box had a rip but no biggie. The shoes are nice only thing is, I think someone tried them on and it has a small unoticable stain and a ton of lint but its an easy fix. all together, my experience with them has been good, fortunately. hope yall get the same service.

Please please fix your app it has been broke every since I've downloaded it for 2 weeks. It's jumping horribly and keeps giving me error messages. Even when I go through the web browser it's the same thing.

Unfortunately i have to give this app 3 stars jus for 1 thing thats not working, u cant save items to ur fav or wish list, the heart dosnt appear on the item etc, so if i use this app and i like somethin to buy later id hav to find it again, every app has add to favs, maybe its not working or no one has noticed 🤷‍♂️ but the one issue knocks 2 stars off, other than that the app works great, details of every item easy purchase and checkouts

this app does not show all eastbay products you have a better selection if you go on the actual site...my only complaint is, that it's not enough options for toddlers and grade schoolers ...I'm not going to stop shopping on eastbay, I just won't be doing any shopping from the app. "PEACE "

The worst app to buy shoes from.. I am never able to buy any shoes on this app, even tho it shows some sizes Available it just gives an error whenever I add to cart. So me and my friends and family members just use eBay to buy pairs now days.. don't waste your time on this app.

Keep on getting an error after updating the app. Totally worthless now.

Eastbay is great, but app doesnt work. Its slow when it works. Now it gave me an update message, but theres nothing to update. I even uninstalled/reinstalled it and still get the update message that doesnt let me use the app.

Everything I try to enter this app.....unexpected error 429. So it's useless to me.

Horrible app, always crashing on every new release. Can't even get the size I need. Other people with gadgets that buy big quantities get first dibs then leave the rest of us with nothing! Nike,Jordan, footlocker, champs, eastbay, finishline, villa..etc.. they're all the same. I am discusted and disappointed on how they all run the sneaker game. Two thumbs down!👎🏽👎🏽

I will never order with eastbay again. My order was cancelled. I sat on the phone for a hour waiting to speak with a representative, just to be transferred to the verification department. When I was transferred the guy said everything is handled electronically, so he couldn't give me a reason why my order was cancelled. He then asked do I still want the item even though it wasn't available lol. Ridiculous . Shop Nike footlocker or champs but not eastbay

Great way for sports shopping. But it needs to advertise or show more of a variety of options of clothing, shoes, as style, color for baseball.

I tried to create an account. The app indicated a verification email was sent, but I never received it so I could not set up an account. Due to this horrible experience I will be using another company to purchase what I need.

Can't access my cart. And several failed log attempts. This is very frustrating. I have several things that I would like to purchase and I can't even pull up my cart now. I just say "error ". Please fix this.
