The Eastern Union App is one of the best Apps I've ever used. It is not only a game changer for borrowers, but bankers as well. It is really a one stop app for calculating deal/loan metrics, having a better understanding of where interest rates are, and learning more about real estate.

Just what you need in ONE app for the RE professional.
Definetly one of the most useful apps I have on my phone. When I log in with my Eastern Union email I get connected to all my contacts, leads, and notes so that I can work from my mobile phone. As anyone who has used the app with tell you, the Ecalc feature is incredible, being able to underwrite a deal in just a few minutes, from relatively easy to complex calculations. The app also has a rate sheet that is very useful. Everything I need to work from my mobile phone is at the tip of my fingers.
