they make me wait 30 minutes they just keep saying 2 minutes away... when they call me the they were outside they were at the wrong address... so disappointed
The driver tried to pick up my mom and another passenger at the same time and said that "he can drop off 2 people at the same time"
normally, when they say 5 mins it's 5 mins, today 4/5/2019 they made me wait 30 minutes and put me in hold 2 times without answering me. found out they had no drivers at 5am. unfortunately i start the hospital at 5:15am got there 5:40am

I have Never In My Lifeeeeee had a worst experience with people who truly dont care about their clients!!! I take this car service 2 times a day 7 DAYS A WEEK to far places back and forth!!!! 30 Damn minutes I was waiting for a car that was promised to arrive in 5 min and when I FINALLY got through to them they said another 15 min at least ARE YOU PLAYIN???? IM LATE TO WORK and I'm going to report this to BBB and make sure they start looking into your business...this is my 4th time with same bs

They have changed their app which is terrible, does not work right. On the whole other than app they come pretty much on time.

The dispatcher is very professional n treat me with respect...The drivres are puntual very friendly n have great clean cars with aircondition that works, especially on a very hot day. Also the $Price$ is right wherever I go. Thank You for your Courtesy n makes customers like "Me" very happy n drive me home safe. :)

Where the map should be I only see a black screen. It's unusable! Please fix ASAP!!!

I'M GIVING AN HONEST REVIEW OF MY PERSONAL OPINION. AS FAR AS THE "COMPANY" ITSELF IS CONCERNED, THE PRICING IS CONSTANT AND REASONABLE. THEY DO THE VERY BEST THAT THEY CAN IN ALL KINDS OF WEATHER AND HOLIDAYS!! THEY COME PICK ME UP ANYWHERE I AM. I REALLY ONLY USE EASTLAND. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ON THIS WEBSITE!! :-)

The worse service !!!! Late late late!! They had me waiting 45 minutes!👎👎👎
Called mutliple times for pick up, eta changed from 3 minutes to 15, never saw the car however it showed it was on trip, called again to confirm but no response. Cab called back and i told him i cancelled and he responded rudely. Im a frequent customer of this service and i made use of this app. Better off using uber or lyft.
