This banking app is terrible. IT needs to get in and clean it up. I get pushed out of it, and it changes screens with no notice. My password is almost never excepted. I experienced resetting my password ten times in the last six months. Terrible service using this app. I've just about had it. I'm getting ready to take my business elsewhere.

In the most recent version, mobile check deposit has no way to go back when errors are encountered. If I get the pop up that says to "ensure the amount is visible", there's no way to clear it. The okay or retry button seems to appear off screen in landscape mode, even though the view is forced back to portrait.you have to close the app and start over, I've tried to deposit a check for the last 30 minutes. Hopefully this gets fixed in an update soon. With covid 19, it's hard to get to the bank

It is usually good, I have had more use of it in the past 3-4 months. It is frustrating when it is down and calling often has very long wait times. So, it is faster and more convenient than going through drive thru or going inside but it doesn't have the personal touch that face to face transactions do.

It does exactly what a bank account app should do. Every transaction is listed in order. The date and the name of the other party that the funds went to or came from is listed for each transaction. You get notifications (texts, emails) when withdrawals or deposits of $100 or more are made. You can transfer money. It's pretty sweet.

This app is extremely user friendly. I use it to pay all of my monthly Bills and it is a real time saver. I can travel for extended periods and still pay bills regardless of where I am. Another feature that I find helpful is the ability to quickly transfer money between our various checking and savings accounts. The ECU app is far superior to the apps of big banks used by my family and friends. This app actually improves the quality of my day to day life. Thanks, ECU.

So far I love this app!!! I haven't had any issues with it. I wouldn't expect anything less from ECU or their APP. PLEASE continue to keep up the good work and no bumps, bugs or problems.

I added a review a month ago saying the app was force closing after putting in my password forcing me to open the app a second time to log in, thought it was fixed and then removed my review after the bank actually called me over said review but I am adding it back because it is happening still. Bank officials, do NOT call me this time, just update the app. It's frustrating and not very efficient. Thanks

Check deposits portion of app is cumbersome and awkward. There is no tutorial, just trial and error and figure it out as you go. Not user friendly. Also, camera placement has to be too precise. I'm just a guy, not a professional photographer/ computer scientist.

I like the ECU App I'm starting to use it more often now and getting use to it. The app saves me time by not having to go to the bank for transfers, deposits, and the bill pay on the app comes in handy it can be done right at home all u have to do is enter the place/person information and it saves it so u don't have to enter the info each time just select the payee option and a list of all of the saved payee that have been saved come up just select the one u want to pay and then follow the proce

Updating this review. I originally had trouble with the app crashing every time I went to deposit checks. I contacted the help page, they got back to me within 24 hours with the advice to uninstall and reinstall the app, and that fixed the problem!

This app is so user friendly and secure. I can use my fingerprint to log in and the features like mobile check deposit and bill pay are so convenient. I can get all the banking done right here. I havent been to my bank in person since I opened my account. Love this app!!

VERY GREAT app and ahead of many but behind a few. Meaning they aren't the best banking app out there. Let me tell you what I hate 1st ok? Truthfully it may be the only thing that I don't like! You can't lock or suspend your card in the app. I've seen MUCH worse apps that offer that feature! Now, what do I love? EVERYTHING else 🥰🤩🥰😍🥰😍🥰. Love being able to make free transfers from checking to savings. The security offered by ECU for their app and your personal information is outstanding!

If I've ever had a problem ECU has been there for me and always have been professional and extremely helpful with any problems I have had the app is great just need to get My finger print lock active again and can't find the restore function to make easy access to my account

It is supposed to send push notifications for several different things. (If your balance is low, if your balance is high, Friday balances, etc...) On my Motorola G Stylus, the push notifications won't go through. Also, I've had to reset the fingerprint ID several times.

This app is very convenient for loan application, paying bills, transferring money, and getting in contact with the credit union. My only gripe is that it has downtimes, during which your account balances can't be checked.

Too Much Delay in Reporting Transactions ! You cannot depend on this app to show accurate available balance info because money taken from your account for a transaction may not be deducted til days later. Have to be very careful cuz you could easily overdraft and get stuck with a fee cuz you swiped you card thinking you had money. Not even the pending payment info is accurate. Also takes too long to submit a payment when you use bill pay so you may also end up with a late fee from you debtors.

Great app. Has saved me so much time and stress by being able to keep a sharp eye on my accounts simply with a few touches of my phone. The ability to enter bill info and pay instantly with my phone straight from my couch or wherever I happen to be is amazing! Love the app.

It makes things really easy to transfer from your checking to your savings, and I haven't had too many bugs regarding how much I actually had in my bank account at that time. For the most part it's been very accurate every time I've checked and it is really convenient, I am going to have to figure out how to use Google pay with my bank so if anybody knows that feel free to reply

Works fine overall with no issues or crashes. Problem I have is there isn't an option to pay your credit card except through transfer from your share account. It isn't possible to pay from an external account.

This app is the biggest reason why I even have an account at ECU over anywhere else. It's so detailed and user-friendly and gives you so much more control! You can set up alerts for large deposits/withdrawals which is fantastic. I also LOVE the mobile check deposit feature. I have several side hustles and get checks daily and whoever is at my local ECU is on their GAME. I'm always impressed by how quickly everything rolls through. ECU seems like a well-oiled machine that I highly recommend!!

never had a problem using this app... by far the best banking experience I have had up to date.. everything you need is there and issues during transactions. if the credit union detects fraudulent actions, you are contacted immediately. dang good job ECU!

Sometimes it works just fine, and then sometimes I have no access to my account for days. It has never crashed on me, but it frequently will show me my balance, and then say access to my account to view transactions is unavailable. Very frustrating.
