Out of three mobile banking apps that I use. This is the best so far. It's simple and easy to navigate. The only missing feature for me the banking should send a copy of your transfer transactions to your email. Because the details is the transaction history is sometimes not enough. Thanks

This app is a far cry from other banking apps. Always lagging (especially during fund transfers), no QR code feature, OTP almost always delayed, no e-mail notification feature, and the interface is not user-friendly at all. Looks and feels ancient.

Amazing, Good but needs Re-enhancements. I would like to see some new User Interfance on the Application, I have been a EWBC Customer since 2017 or 2018 I think and the User Interface did not change. I wish that sooner or later the User Interface of the Application will become more updated and have some enchance features. So that it will be much easier to use, Thank you.

At first, convert-to-installment feature is working fine. But now, even though my transactions are eligible, the app is not giving me an option to convert some of my purchases into installment. Even EW Credit Cards chatbot is NOT helping. I already sent an email regarding this since none of the "four" agents I called could resolve my problem. :(

I have 3 accounts in eastwest. Two can do online banking and have been existing for almost 3 years now. But the this online platform they have is really disappointing. Their app response is very slow (even though my internet is quite fast). Also, They could atleast improve their log in thru using fingerprint recognition. And the verification of transaction is quite difficult to determine, I am referring to the reference numbers especially if it isn't deposited through in-person bank deposits.

Now I cannot log in anymore. I have wifi and mobile data but both networks does not work. It says network timed out. Tried using other device on wifi and mobile data but still the same. It's still not working. Same error message. Site unreachable or connection timed out

Since last year i tried to open to check my account but cannot open anymore. They will ask for OTP number. But they don't send it to the number i'm using.Instead,i think they used my expired number.I just want to check cause i also deposit money but cannot check. Send you already an email but still no answer. You already send advisory to the number i'm using but how come you cannot send the OTP number there. Hope you really taking actions. Thank you!

Your products are great but your app is the dumbest of all bank apps I've ever seen. You can actually have the best security features ever for your app without comprimising your client's experience and convenience.

App slow most of the time. Blank screen upon opening the app. Slow response even with very good internet connection. Needs updating. Poor performance compared to other banks.

It took more than 30 mins before the app opens even on a very good and stable wifi. Very bad, it's a possible chance for criminals do several horrible things.

Very good application esp in banking purposes, you can view easily ur savings accounts with no hassle at all. Just be very careful esp in public, always change ur password from time to time.

Fix this app. Accessing menu and other features always fail. I cannot even show manage accounts. This is a priority concern. I am using note 20 ultra withblatest firmware and security patch. Pleas fix immediately

It keeps prompting that there's a new version so I have to download it first before I can login to my account. I've done all possible updates yet still doesn't allow me to login and same prompt pops up every time.

Doesn't work all the time. Login username and password entry interrupted always by ad several seconds into the app delaying the actual purpose of checking into the account. Credit card only shows up on the app 50% of the time. Needs a lot of improvement.

Not displaying accounts, only blank page. Still the same after updating. Useless update. Released an update but still have same issue. So, what did you fix?

Takes too long to load for being a web container. Always blank. Can't show transactions. To reply to the dev: no issues with internet (300Mbps plan here). Used also in mobile data as well as other ISPs. Please don't make excuses.

I used this App for many years, specially the last two years it became my main source of paying my bills and suppliers for our Business. But sadly since 4 days i can't log in to. Once open it Displays nust a white page. I called several times the Hotline and got told that there is a system upgrade ongoing. But i am lost, no more control of my account for several days now.

Fir last few days it's timeout out. You need to do better job than that. For awhile thus app was working good. But last three months not so good anymore. Slow, timing out, pay bills doesn't work. And tech support doesn't response when you send them email

The app was so inconvenient to use lately. Your option to pay your bill does not even work. Why adding some features if it's NOT even working. Please have it fix ASAP.

This app does not even deserve a star. A mobile banking app that does not open? Try processing convert-to-installment and it is always "Service Unavailable. Sorry for the inconvenience".

Its almost a year that i cant transact paying enrolled bills its always unavailable, need to go to their website just to do the transaction. You better remove your apps😬

Please remove the Most stupid thing you ever know. The OTAP GENERATOR because that thing is not working. I am waiting for years before I receive the text message. Still OTAP is a junk. Your website is a junk. Time to change bank.👎👎👎

My god. This app is pretty much useless. They should really learn how Union Bank does it. I can't even see my credit card here and it's been like this for soooo long! Very annoying because they do not see the importance of managing accts online! I seriously wanna cancel my credit card here 🙃

This app should have FINGERPRINT log in already. this needs to keep up with other mobile banking apps. The interface is so outdated. And you can have problems checking your balance at night. Please IMPROVE your app.

This App.. Or this bank in general is a very user non friendly. I called the customer service and they're not even helpful. Transferring funds from this bank to another is a STRESSFULL process. It feels like your technology is 20 years ago.
