Was very excited to try this out but hit so many issues - Tried to sign up with Facebook to avoid making yet another password, but it failed with Facebook API complaining about invalid keys - Then tried making my own account. Account sign up page very laggy and validation issues. Seems all validation hitting server as you type, nuts. Mandatory "referral code" ? - Asks for my birthday??? Why??? I'm not giving this. - Finally got it all in there, then the app crashes. Still haven't gotten into it
The app is usable but should have launched with tipping built in. Also, it's difficult to know where your driver is and if the car is actually coming to you. Finally, please fix the notifications saying "Hello undefined".
I've only used it once and I really liked it, only problem is it seems hit or miss as to when there's actually cars available. There's a lot of potential here and if it catches on could be quite successful.
Okay app, but it isn't letting me tip drivers by credit card, despite providing a place to enter a tip. Once a rating of a driver is submitted, it ignores the tip you put in. Now I have to carry cash because I can't trust the app to work.
Awesome service. Glad to see this in Fredericton!!!! Of course, with all new businesses there are a couple of glitches here and there. Nothing that would prevent me from using this service. And the biggest point to liking this new business is................ THIS COMPANY IS CHEAPER THEN ALL THE OTHER CAN COMPANIES IN FREDERICTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A $11.50 fare with the other cabs is only $8.00 with easy. YAY EASY!!!!!!! YAY WALLET!!!!! Drivers that I've dealt with are all top shelf as well.
Couple of glitches here and there with the website, but I have to give 5 stars because you're providing a much needed service to my city, I no longer fear the possibility that my wife and I will be stranded for 1.5 hrs in the cold at 2am because the cab industry won't pick up the phone! 5 stars!
So far best taxi in fredericton, Online based app, i could see where my taxi at and when its coming, it was my first day but i got notifications when taxi was on the way and when it arrives to me, same goes for the payment, its completely app-based. I felt good
Would be nice if the app was updated regularly and/or worked more frequently. Constantly getting an internal service error during booking.
Charged my card, but showed on the app it declined and didn't book a driver, and no way to get a hold of the company. Tried calling the number it provides on Google, but says mailbox number is full
If you contact their customer service team with a simple question prepare to have them post a Facebook post about you and have everyone in the comments talk about how stupid the person who asked the question was. Very unprofessional customer service. Hopefully gets better with time I really looked forward to having this service in Fredericton.
App could use a lot of polishing and there need to be drivers on more consistently.
No one is ever available and it's a pain in the ass to sign up
App doesn't seem to give clear instructions when booking for following day. If app screws up timing I am scared my Visa will be charged. Also my fare to airport went from $14 ish to $21.00 depends on what appt wants to charge you. I do like the service though. Drivers have been great. Always had a cab when I needed it. Just wish the appt was better. I wish there was a phone number also for possible issues. I'm sure it will improve with time and suggestions. Great to service to have here.
