Very easy to use, systematic security checks, complete and detailed overview of incoming and outgoing finances. A very good app to use in general, to a point where it is strange not to :)
Since the last update, the app does not launch at all in my phone. I tried clearing app data and cache data, and even tried installing & uninstalling multiple times. But the issue persists. The phone model is RealMe 2 Pro, running on Android 10. Please fix asap.
Does the job. Major issue for me is the scan feature where it is difficult to differentiate the multiple accounts I have. The labels are my name so it is always the same... It would be great to be able to give names to the cards or reuse the account names from the app. Thank you
Although tge services of the bank itself, the app is offering a terrible experience: 1. No notifications for transactions which is super important when it comes to mobile banking 2. Very slow login process compared to the other banking apps 3. No dark mode 4. You're being logged out in a too short period of inactivity. 5. Sometimes for online payments when being redirected from the websites to the app, payment info is not loaded and you just see the app's home page 6. Irrelevant name!
I can't make payments with the app anymore because it doesn't recognize my security number. I exhausted the 3 attempts, had to change the code, then tried again a different day and, once more, doesn't recognize the number. I have no issues just opening the app, which uses the same code. EDIT: There was an update. I just installed it but I won't know if it works until I need to make another payment. Thanks.. EDIT 2: I have a NOKIA.
Every day it goes better and I like this development in my bank. specially I'm waiting for the new update which has auto categorization for monthly expenses then I know in each month how much I spent on grocery and etc.
Getting really good! Things that - for me - could still improve the experience. 1) Allow you to choose a name for the "scan" sources (or show the account name instead of the card number). The entire purpose is me not having to know those numbers. Used the wrong account several times already and it's uber annoying. 2) Add loans (even if its just a rudimentary overview) 3) Add an account widget showing the balance. With Cake going away I really miss this on my "desktop"
notifications every time there's a transaction would be welcome together with a better description of the retained amounts to follow properly every movement. pretty basic app tbh
I do enjoyed the app, but there's one thing need to be proved, the share button, if I send or receive money, I have to share the receipt with senders or receivers to satisfy them. Five stars when prove. Chiok Riak M Wang.
App is easy to use and gets regular updates. unfortunately it is quite often off for technical reasons, but this never lasts long.
This is frustrating, my original app I've used for over 20 years has decided my android tablet & phone ( which are both less than a year old Samsung)are no longer compatible with my app after I was made to upgrade my app. So I tried this app and it won't let me sign in either. I can only reach my account by using the email I receive for my account statement. This is no way to treat your customers.
Very easy to use and accelerates many actions that are slower on the website (and on phone). Still, some options are not available on the app, such as reviewing a list of money transfers to/from a specific name.
The update should be optional not a must !! I cannot use emergency the app because first I have to update and the updates are not working for the moment
Too many errors. Poorly conceived, need a thorough revision including spelling mistakes Hello, have just been redirect to an update after trying to connect and now can't login into my account anymore. I get a message like "my session have active too long, please login again". I have tried several times to no avail.
The application indicates for 75% of the time that my code is wrong, even my own fingerprint seems to be wrong... And every time I end up with a blocked application. It has been like this for several months now.
Terrible experience the last 6 months. Do an online payment, all is well. Automatic logout requires you to log back in to check balance. For some reason the app is no longer synced and doesn't recognise most recent password nor previous passwords. I've had to reset my password over 12 times this year just because of this bug. Edit: removed portion of complaint that wasn't about the app.
I cannot make a transfer between my 2 accounts at the moment ( current and savings account) , it keeps saying there is a temporary problem, but this has been going on for over a month and I've already upgraded the app... please help! This app has always been plagued with crashes and overall issues. When contacting support I am always told 'they are working on it'. However, quality has not improved over the years. Disappointing. Do not rely on this app to get something done, always have an alternative close at hand (eg. website).
I have been getting "momentarily unavailable due to technical issues (EBA0001)" errors for well over 3 years through phone, OS and app updates. Countless failed attempts at connections and money transfers... Sometimes the app fails so many times that one actually forgets about the transaction altogether, causing obvious problems later on. No clear overview of income and expenses. No search engine. Poor GUI all along (e.g., when transferring money).
App not even opens except the splash screen. It was working fine until Friday the march 25,2022.
Why do people always want to "upgrade" things that work just fine the way they are and replace them things that don't? To add more confusion, the instructions they provide for the new thing don't work. So far I am not favorably impressed with this new ba king app😖🤪😠
quick, easy and seldom an issue. Could use a bit more info on the different banking products, but other than that a good experience.
Updating my review, because I feel the app has really improved with the last two updates. The display looks very clean and easy to navigate. Also, transfers seem swifter. All in all, the feel and use have improved. [06/11/2018] ☆☆ This app is pretty bad, to be honest. There was a time when it actually ran smoothly, but as of late.. i cant log in at times, payments dont go through, or i can log in but not transfer etc. Really weird, hope the app gets a major fix soon :)
The app itself is decent enough... If only I could log in. It works fine once, then at some point I keep getting the notice that the service is unavailable or similar. At that point it refuses to let me log in until I uninstall the thing and reinstall. Going by comments online I'm not the only one with this issue and Fortis can't seem to get it resolved. In this day and age of doing everything online this won't cut it.
Unable to use the app since a week ago, because of a non explained technical problem that pops out everytime I try to log in. UPDATE: There is no code with the error message, all it says is : "technical problem. An error occurred. Please try again" . I have finally been able to log in, but this message still pops out when I do simple actions in the app
