The app has been updated and I deleted my old one star review. The latest update made it possible to change password easily from app, and also fixed the constant crashing issue.

It used to be very good app for mobile recharge. But after recent update QUICKIE from recharge option is not working 🥺. Any reason ?

It was my favorite recharge app, but With the new update the app has became absolutely fraud. Deducted my money from card but didn't get the recharge and when i complained about it, they took month to give a result and guess what, they came up with a rubbish solution. Finally, i didn't get any recharge or moneyback and i gave up communicating with them.

This is annoying that if the recharge is failed, then app must show the reason so that user can do corrections if fault from own side!!!!! What the hell. It's just showing failed failed and failed where user is not even being informed about the reason either its from user end or from the system!!! Besides, your ratings says about your poor service. I don't know why I am wasting time to write this and trying to recharge through a stupidly structured apps.!!!

The app was working fine before. But now every time I click to pay after putting the card details in the payment page it gets stuck in a blank page. Alternatively, tried using the website, working fine from there. Please fix it.

I Can't recharge from EBL credit card. They debited my balance from card but couldn’t credited recharge to my phone. What's wrong with this app? Such thing never happened before. I'm using this app from 2018.

Very convenient app. 99.5 percent time transaction is successful. Once upon a time consecutively two transaction failed but due to their cordial help, the issue was solved instantly. Beside, the app ux is very good.

I have tried to recharge MNP number twice. On both occasions, I had to call your helpline to get the recharge completed. Clearly, no permanent solution has been provided.

Easy and fast to use but would love it more if they could extend the limit a bit more

With the latest updated, I am not being able to do any transaction from my Galaxy Note 8. Strange. This app has completely been ruined. Totally unusable.

After the last update its become so painful and irritating. Too many authentication step, which is annoying. Plus OTP receiving time is too long even Session time is getting expired

After last update on September, no login option for use saved cards. While inserting AMEX card info cursor left cvv field after input 3 digit. It's totally annoying.

I have been using this app for long time but recently I am facing some problems regarding update issues. I uninstalled the app & installed again. But it shows the same problem. It is very annoying for me.

Upto last update, it was 5 star but now 1 star. No, signup is working even OTP sms are not working. After update, I lost my signup info and saved account. Do not recommend it anymore.

Nice, trustable and fast transition app. But design is not very attractive. But if you join bKash send money option with that is will be wonderfull...

using for last 2,3 years. after last update. no more option to send money by international card. so it has been just useless.

While downloading this app it shows "waiting for download" but the downloading process doesn’t started yet. Tried to dowland using both of my wifi and mobile internet but didn’t.

recent version of easy app doesn't allow you to choose your desired gateways. that's irritating.

Can't login again after logout. Several times payment blocked by system & then called customer care then payment done....how many times should we face it. Got a solution - UNINSTALL

The app is totally giving me headache. My 3 transaction of mobile recharge failed through credit card.But I am charged with the money. Sended email on support. Please make sure to refund.

What happen with your android app. Why I can't login? Simultaneously showing no network please check your internet. I am using wifi network. Plz check and let us know what happen.

I prefer this app when it comes to recharge via visa cards. The system is really easy.
