it sucks. it wont even accept my address, therefore i could not even check for a price or a pharmacy near me. why doesnt it ask for a zip code like most similar apps. very bad app avoid completely.
App doesn't open since being updated October. Reinstall didn't resolve issue. Have used prior to update and received great savings on prescription prices. Please fix
it's confusing because I'm not sure if it's prices for one insulin pen or a box of five pens!!! You need to fix that! I have to buy a total of 15 pens ..... up to 45mL and you can only select 3mL...... geez!!!
What an awful experience. The app clearly stated that my prescription would be $15. When I went to pick it up the pharmacists couldnt get the card to work. After about 20 minutes they finally figured it out and told me it would be $120! They called the customer service # for pharmacists only and were told that they wouldn't honor the price because the disclaimer says prices may not be accurate. By $100?!!! I tried calling CS several times, but all reps are busy and it disconnects. Worthless!
App keeps saying webpage not available when you try to look up medication or pharmacy. Uninstalling will just continue to use GoodRx or WellRx their apps WORK and I doubt Easy Drug Card is cheaper then both of these. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME INSTALLING!
I just downloaded it. checked the price on a prescription that I just picked up and the price was completely wrong. I am now uninstalling 😏
Great to see if the card can lower RXs expenses and I must say, it does.
this is a scam. wont let you set distance and if you call full price a discount. use good rx
Doesn't work. The lady at the Walgreens pharmacy tried it twice. So dumb.
awful actually my prescription cost way more than insurance
Saved so much
Just not for me cancelled.
STAY AWAY. I don't know how, maybe data mining, but it's a scam. Tried to use it twice, neither time worked. The first time I called customer service and got voice mail because "all their representatives are busy helping other customers," as if a con like this has phone reps. So I sent an email. Hours later I get a phone response saying their computers were down, but never got an email response. The second time I didn't even bother and the pharmacist said he's never gotten this card to work. No.
