Easy Fax - Send Fax from Phone

It works, it's nice to be able to send a fax. However, just know it isn't free to send! You get 40 free credits, and it takes 60 credits to send... So you have to either buy credits or watch a whole bunch of ads to gain 2 credits at a time (each ad is 20-30 seconds each). I get it... Gotta make mo ey somehow, I was just sad that I went through all the set up, hit send, then found out I needed these credits to send.

I just needed to fax one page and previously had been using an app called tiny fax. It's a nice app for a reasonable price. But I do not need a whole month subscription to send one page. Looking for per page charge but this is even better. I had enough free credits with just installing to send the one page that I needed. This app also allows users to view videos for credits. Pics of document were clear and crisp and the fax went through quickly. Great stuff!

I have had my account and use of this app for a few years. I really like it and it's very reliable. I appreciate the functionality of color/tone in the fax,option of cover page, to have fax documents can be uploaded. It's very convenient and fair pricing. Now with even an opportunity to watch and collect fax credits for watching videos makes this app 5 stars! It has never disappointed me in sending faxes over the years. I look forward to future updates , new ideas and continued success .

So easy to use. First, I signed up: Enter email & a created password right on the spot (no confirmation needed). At the bottom there are 3 buttons: PDF, IMAGE, and your CAMERA. I clicked PDF, found my document I needed to send. They show you a preview of the document you selected, then I clicked the SHARE (arrow) button at the top right. From there you literally just put the Fax number where it says "Phone", you can add a page Header (name of document) and you can even add a cover page! EASY!

Best fax service that I tried, and I tried a lot!. Has 15 free credits to send 1 page, if you need more, you can buy credits or you can watch videos to get free credits. In my case I sent 5 pages more 1 cover, that's 6 pages and just paid $2.49. Awesome, easy to use. Thanks for developing such an awesome app. Update. 2022. Great app!! Any complaints.

I was in a pinch and needed tonl fax something immediately and this app saved me. However, I am pretty sure I could have done the same just by emailing the images to the place they needed to go. But at the time I was in a hurry and this app saved me. It was easy to watch videos to get the few extra pages I needed without payment for them.

This app is intuitive and easy to use, even for a 65 year old! You earn points by watching video ads. So for every video you watch in advance, you will know how many points you earned to fax your documents. I watched enough ads/videos to earn 45 points for a three page document I had to send. You will receive a confirmation once your fax has been sent. Great app!

The app is awesome and it really is super easy to use. Just install it and within 10 minutes you will have all your fax papers sent and in the hands of the people you need to get them over to. It's perfect and very inexpensive. I think I spent between $5 and $10 and was able to fax several times to the different people that I needed to send information over to. I love it and have it ready on my phone anytime I need to use it.

Best free fax app I've found. I had to send 3 pages plus cover page which was 40 credits. Which it gives you option to pay for or watch videos for free credits.2 credits per video and most of them are 10 second videos It's the only app I've found that is truly free. Just notified that it was successfully sent and it's always been received in the past.I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much easy fax! You're a lifesaver!!

This app lies and misleads you. You can't keep earning free credits by watching ads. Maybe 25 credits at most, per day. You need 10 credits to send 1 page and it's expensive to buy credits, which you can only get in increments of 50, 100, 250-($9.99), etc. Super frustrating and not worth wasting your time watching 12 ads just to find out you can't possibly earn enough credits to send your fax.

Only used it once so far, but I rarely need to fax things. I appreciate that instead of monthly payments I can just send faxes with credits. So pay some small fee to send a small fax. If you need to send a lot of pages this may not be for you. I honestly think it looks like it will get expensive fast for just a few extra faxes. If you only need it once in a blue moon though or for 1-2 page faxes, it's really convenient.

when I need to send a fax it works. Only reason it's getting four stars instead of five cuz sometimes it's kind of difficult. when you do the same steps that you always do to find what you about to fax. other than that you can't beat this app. there's a lot of different ones but if you really want to app that's going to work. you might have to go through a little bit of more steps but it's going to work in the end get this one.

Very easy and straightforward, saved me a lot of time and headache. Video's are between 15-30 seconds and you get 2 points per commercial. That is if you want to go with free version, it is 10 points per every page and they gave me 60 points just to download 😀. So if you need just a few pages you don't even need to to watch any of the commercials. I did assumed that developers will get paid that way so to give back end up watching several. Free, by way of the extremely minor inconvenience of watching a few very short video ads, and it comes with enough credits initially, to send 6 fax pages. You really can't find anything totally free, and most require you to provide your credit card and enroll you in a "trial offer". This however is completely free if those security and financial issues. This gets a 5-star rating.

I love this app!! If I could change one thing though, please let us delete individual pages (when I've messed up uploading an incorrect document) instead of having to delete them all and starting from scratch. I tried clicking on the individual page (of 9!) to delete it, but it would only give me the option to delete all pages which meant starting from scratch. But I love the ease and convenience of this, and it worked so well faxing my documents that I still give it 5 stars!

I don't really rate apps, but this has been consistently superb. It does exactly what it says...and does it well. My only Developer suggestions are: 1) Include a way to draft a fax document on the app, instead of relying on PDF etc. The existing interface allows the sender to draft a cover letter. Sometimes I only want to fax that 'cover' letter; 2) Include a way to resend the same fax, with the same cover letter, to another recipient at a later date. The cover letters disappear after sending.

Works as described. No credit card requested. Most comments indicate they started with 80 credits, but I only started with 60. Read through the description a little more & it says you start with 15 credits, so I'll be grateful for the 60. It was 10 credits to send a 1 page fax. I'm not sure if they charge per fax or per page. My first attempt failed, but it was my bad, I entered the wrong number, but they didn't charge me any credits. Overall, easy to use, free credits to start, great app!

From a satisfied customer: The prices are very reasonable and you don't have to purchase as many credits at once as one of the other apps (50 for $2 something). The app is extremely easy to use: Can send to more countries than listed in app store. If you don't have enough credits it will tell you and you can buy them "on the fly." Also earn credits. The only thing: at first I thought nothing was happening - there is no dialing sound after you hit "send." Wait from 2-10 minutes. Confirms by email

The first time I bought the credits necessary to fax. Didn't realize that you can watch short ads in exchange for the credits needed. Also, the free credits from watching videos accumulated in minutes! And might I add that the videos were actually NOT annoying. Either way, when you compare EasyFax to what you'd spend at commercial faxing/copy chains (if you can find and get to one), its relatively free. This is a super convenient, economical, user - friendly, honest service!

This app is awesome so far! You can literally fax for free if you're not in a hurry. They start you off with 60 credits, you can purchase more credits, or you can watch ads to earn credits. Ads were roughly 30secs or less. I rarely need to fax, but I can watch ads during my spare time to build up credits for those rare occasions. This one's a keeper!🥰😄

I haven't spoke with the individual who was to receive the fax yet, if there are issues, I'll update this review, if I don't update it it's safe to assume they received it with no issues. Easy to use app. I love that I can buy the credits I need to send a fax vs other fax apps that require an expensive monthly subscription. Very clear images that allows you to adjust the darkness/lightness and crop the document prior to sending. Super happy so far. I highly recommend!!!!

Great experience, easy to use, very efficient. Only thing that would improve my experience would be the ability to reorder the pages in a fax before sending. Even so, I am very happy with this app. I got an email and notification on my phone when my fax was sent. I like the ability to purchase credits or to watch ads for credits as well. This enabled me to send a fax without leaving my home, which was so important to me during the COVID outbreak.

I just recently downloaded this app and let me tell you, I just love it! I really don't have to deal so much with my printer; except, to pair it up with my phone as and to make sure it's connected to the internet, but what I do to send documents is to take a photo snapshot of them before forwarding them via fax! It's that simple; plus, it shows the status of your docs by showing you if this was sent sucessfully! The first time, it didn't work and because I was fiddling with the printer.

Easy to use and I like being notified very quickly if it goes through or if it fails. It seems to be very accurate the only times it's failed on me is when the fax machine I am trying to send to is off. I would like it even more if it had an option to resend the same fax later on if needed but overall it's great and if you only need to fax something occasionally completely free! 5 stars!

The best one! The others all have catches or don't even work. I tried a few of the highest rated ones. It takes 10 credits to send one page. You get 2 free credits per 30 second video ad you watch. Earing 50 credits to send 5 pages was really fast and absolutely worth it. You can also buy the same 50 credits for $2.49. Once you take the scan/photo, it auto aligns to crop, but is easy to adjust it. You also have the option to change the contrast before sending with or without a cover page.

My first using a fax app. I thought it was very easy, just a few entries and your fax is on its way. My fax took maybe 3 minutes before destination was reached successfully and that was sending around 6-8 pages. I had to fax a second time sending 12 pages including cover, now it did take much longer to send although my device was in a different area may have had something to do with it. I did purchase credits to send. I love how fast and efficient it was to use.

I was so excited to learn of this yesterday! Now I don't have to buy a machine plus the paper and ink that goes with. I will be able to send verification forms so easily now, it was difficult without a car. It does start you with 60 credits and you can watch a video and for 2 more credits each time. Plus you can purchase credits. But again, it's cheaper than buying equipment and supplies. I just wonder if there's a way to 'write' on each page info that is required to be written by some agencies.
