Please advise how to enable Smart Finder for mug shots its greyed out. I recently installed the app on my new phone but smart finder not working. I have send emails but nobody gets back to me

Mugshots cannot be activated unless the phone is set to not to start without the right pattern, and that's not good bcoz if the phone don't come on, how can I get the details of what the thief is trying to do???

This app was doing very well. My rate, 5 stars is not enough for the app to be recognized. I want to suggest that you should add a keyword to turn on the mobile data. My phone always have a data. My GPS is not working well unless there's internet in it. I also suggest you should include the back camera to be used because some pictures are including GPS data in it. I hope you shall consider my suggestion for the development of the app. Thank you.
Thnx 4 your reply ..previously I used to get email containing pic. Whenever I tried to unlock the screen using incorrect pattern lock. But since I start using Samsung galaxy note 3 neo this feature doesn't work..so plz fix this issue ASAP
Best. Free features without almost any ads include everything all other apps I tested have and they work better. I upgraded for 20 a year and I won't need my money back and wish I found this nq company and their apps long ago. Productivity is up along with everything because I have apps that are created with you in mind and not their bottom line in profits. .
Very good app protecting my mobile. But 1 thing I don't like is that they have deduct money for 2 times first when I have installed the app and then after few days they says be a premium member..
When it works, its good, but I changed phones and email address. I have tried everything I can think of to make it recognize the new phone but it just won't. I've tried multiple times to contact the maker of the app and they never get back to me.
I tried to find out my device, it's not perfectly give the address.. Plz fix it
I have bn trying to get app like this for so long. But now I finally found it. Its cool and can accualy work here in south Africa. Now I know who got my phone who tryd to use my phone without permission and can easily found out who stole my phone. Good app. 5stars for this cool app
Please I suggest u use the international mobile equipment indentity number rather for the text commands. This thiefs r smarter so they quickly remove the SIM card immediately they steal ur fon. By so doing they make the text commands useless n ineffective. With the IMEI which is in the fon removing the victims sim card still makes them accessible. For more clarification upgrade the app to de extent that if they remove the sim card u can still give commands to ur fon through ur IMEI n it will lock etc.
My easy mobile app on my S4 wont sign in into any of the accounts (Google, Facebook, and netqin) it keeps saying network connection error. My network is fine cos i download and browse. I need this issue to be rectified. Thanks
But it just crossed my mind if this app can sync on Go Locker.. I am using that certain app but the Easy Finder doesn't work when go locker is activated, so i have to use my phone's security lock to make this app work. But my phone's lock is not so good and i prefer most to use the Go Locker. But i also want to use the Easy Finder.. Replies would be much appreciated =) thanks! (I REALLY LOVE THE MUGSHOTS! <3)
The pattern you have set for sms locking is " *lock*xxxx " and it is locking with that password " xxxx ". But, by dropping down the SMS notification , one can clearly see that password and UNLOCK it. Please fix the problem
Stuck at step 2 setting up lock screen can't go past it, uninstalled
This would be totally awesome/useful IF the smart finder enabler prompt did not require access permission to automatically wipe your phone. If this option was truly "smart" then the perpetrator would not be able to access your stored/saved data/information at all and you would still be able to retrieve it. What's the point in obtaining a factory reset/wiped phone except for the added stress/anxiety and wasted time/money, Genius?! There is none! Let it go and get a replacement with your insurance smart one!
With the latest update the commands come up as text messages and are not read by the app. Useless as there is no remote control over the device.
This app should be able to alarm even if my phone was switched off when stolen because switching off is the first thing the thief will do until he has enough time to remove my SIM card. I will really be happy if the commands goes beyond when my phone is on. Thanks.
