I really like this app. It helps me to see quickly where I am with my calories any time of the day. So I can adjust what I'm going to eat next. I've been able to add some specific food I wanted. One feature I'm using as well is the weight record. Each day I add my weight (only takes 2 second) and it makes a diagram of my progress. Really friendly.
Best app for me so far, the best part is...ITS OFFLINE so you can use it whenever wherever which practically makes my life a whole lot easier since I live somewhere with very poor signal. Also, I love being able to add icons and customize food - also create a meal by adding ingredients - background and other colors. All in all ..I LOVE THIS APP and I 1000% recommend for all beginners out there like me...let's keep going....we can do this!
I simply love this app. Has great flexibility for my personal use compared to other apps. I get to enter my own data if i wish. And seeing that cute tank encourages me to eat more and get it filled daily for my weight gain journey
One of the best health and fitness app I had been using it for two years And all the information about the macros and calories in the food is completely correct . I recommend this app for you if you are interest in calories and macros calculations . App rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I really like the the app overall. It's helpful, the food choices and estimates are well done, and it has a fun interface without being childish. The only thing...the navigation. It's hard to get back to the food already put in & hitting the back button kicks you out entirely. It's frustrating when you get kicked to your home screen and then can't get back to foods that aren't breakfast/lunch /dinner.
Functionality is great, I didn't hesitate to give 5 stars at first. While I was trying it before buying the Pro version, ads were becoming more and more frequent. Annoying, but understandable. But then they turned on ads with sound! Out of the blue your device starts screaming, and you can't stop the ad for 5 seconds. I really didn't want to buy Pro after that. I bought it at the end, but start regretting it now. Migration wasn't perfect, and Pro is also intrusive, not that much, but still.
I've relied on this app for 9 days, until I figured out that the app's calorie counter is seriously flawed! It shows what I have eaten, and what the calories are for each item, but those calories are not being added correctly. For example, instead of showing my total calorie intake to be 430, it shows 355. I've tried several different scenarios and the total calories is always too low. I'm pretty irritated right now, and will uninstall this app immediately.
Very easy to use and it works when one follows the recommended ratios. Easy to insert new food items. Also searching is easy. It's very close to measured indicators such as calories and BMI. Undershoots slightly. Fiber can be included. I don't count my water intake, but that's a nice feature if we need to remind ourselves. Overall it allows me to control my food intake and weight progress when I am on diet.
This app allows you to easily add in your own custom food and a place to access your most frequently used. Several color themes are available to customize your look. The design is faily intuitive. I wish there was a radial to choose ounces or grams to convert when adding in a new food item. After a week of use, I may consider purchasing the Pro version. Overall, this app is user friendly and has helped me understand more about my eating habits. Can we sync it to garmin device for exercise? TY.
Very intuitive - it seems relatively easy to yse, although I am only on day two. I chose metric measurements in my set up so my food options are in grams. It is simple to add new foods and create a custom list. There are adverts, but they don't stay on the screen too long and you xan upgrade to remove these. I like that you don't have to log on and tgd graphics are lovely. Take the time to read the info in settings. There is a good basic food list to choose from and lots of exercise options.
I like the simplicity of this app and it's fairly intuitive, but I wish it would allow easy switching/selecting between grams and ounces. Some of the pre-assigned food calories need adjusting, which is simple to do. For example, two tablespoons of most peanut butters' are 200 calories, but the app shows approximately 183, so I have to adjust the weight to equal the correct calories. Overall, I like this app for its ease of use and it's unburdened from too many additional features.
Needs a LOT of work. There's a lot of potential in this app and I'd consider returning to it if it improves, but as of now it's not terrible user friendly, doesn't make it easy to find and add foods, and lacks a LOT of basic foods that should really be in there by default. I found myself scrolling through a bunch of foods I'd either never heard of or wasn't familiar with just to try to find some basic like an egg or cheese. And for goodness sake, have more ways to measure food than ounces!
Very user friendly and easy to customize. I downloaded to get a calorie counter, and and pleased with the various food menus, which calculate portion size for you. A good comparison of how the menus work is the u-scan at the grocery store. all the fields are listed alphabetically, and have a Graphic, which makes them easier to find the water tracker is a fun thing, too. And there's a pedometer. For a free app, this one has a lot of really good features.
Entering your own custom food is easy. It has a pretty thorough breakdown of calories, protein/carbs/fat, and I love that it has a water tracker and an exercise tracker. The main downside I've experienced is every now and then (usually the first time opening the app each day) when I go to select a food it will automatically select the last food I entered, not the one I was immediately choosing... And sometimes I don't notice that and then later see it and have to delete it. Solid free app tho.
One of the best in its category. No registration or account required, utterly complete, not only in the number of types of food available but also in the number of sport activities, quite useful when you want to calculate the calories burned! It's obviously possible to add the quantity of water and customise/add new kinds of food. The only "flaw" is the app cannot be associated with MiFit or Notify & Fitness, for more precise calculations, otherwise it would be TOTALLY PERFECT!
The app is mostly useful but some inteface change would be beneficial, for exemple, when you want to add a meal, you cannot directly search for it, you have to go to the correct category and scroll to find it, also you cannot add workout to previous week if you forgot. Also, a home button would be nice and custom workout, like home workout.
