This is hands down the worst maps and navigation app ever created. The design alone (for android, at least) feels like a first generation android app.. the accessibility of the app is just awful. And when it comes to a trip in which you have to change the tram...just walk it. I would give this app -1 🌟 if possible

You can only pay using provider payment which doesn't work anymore for some reason even if some tickets are only available online. Instead of using Google maps they force you to use the provided maps which are soo bad. The total design of the app is just old and not so functional. And the devs will reply with German even to this review even though I'm clearly using English and may or may not speak German.

Absolutely catastrophic app. You can buy tickets for MDV train line (Leipzig area) only via this app and can pay ONLY via invoice to your phone network provider. No other options.No PayPal, no Credit card. And even though during payment process it throws an error "Der Bezug einer Karte wegen technische Gründen ist nicht möglich ". Not possible due to the technical reasons. Better buy ticket in the automat on the platform, otherwise you will miss your train because of this badly made application.

I tried to give less than one star but it does not work. UI is like the first generation and the map which is provided doesn't work at all. The third major problem is payment with mobile provider, what about PayPal, credit cards??!

This is a useless app for tourists and visitors. it will not allow you to buy tickets without a German mobile number. a tragic waste, most other German transport apps cater so well for visitors.

This app literally saved me during Wave Gottik Treffen in Leipzig. I had to take at least one tram every day to move around, and thanks to this app I could get home or to my friends safely on my own no matter the time or where I was.

Just installed the app in Bonn, and the only choice of region it offers is Magdeburg.

Its always glitchy and doesn't work....caused me to be late a considerable number of times

This app is just worthless. Went to leipzig for the day, and got lost because it was so hard to use. When I put in addresses, it just said no route found. Don't waste your time

Installed it, won't even open: no requests possible due to technical reasons.

This is an unfinished application. Many features don't work as expected. Also, there is only one payment option for tickets: via phone account. And frankly it doesn't work at all.

Can't even find leipzig botanical garden in the search.

This app requires unnecessary permissions and doesn't work reliably.

THE BEST APP!!! It always helps me wherever I want to go, with this app I really save my time and get to my destination on Time!....

Can't buy tickets when you need them. What's the point then.

Please delete yourself and integrate it with gmaps. Or make it decent. This is least user friendly i have evere used

My main way to use the transportation in Germany

This app features a ticket purchase without registration (which in theory sound cool), but behold because it makes the ticket purchases in a very subtle manner and the user can be easily misled. 1. There was not any prompt asking whether I realy wanted to purchase the ticket. 2. There was no information about how the ticket cost would be charged 3. I never received a confirmation of the ticket purchase in form of an sms, that would that would have been desirable.

Please add it an ability to remember your searched items (autofill or showing the searched ones on top), it is annoying to wait for all options to load everytime. Having favorites is not enough because sometimes they are left further down. I used to use another app which remembered my search and altho this sounds lazy/funny it increased my speed of using the app and made me like it much more.
